To all contractors, consultants, and developers working in building & construction sector in Abu Dhabi City.

إلى جميع المقاولين والمكاتب الإستشارية والمطورين العاملين في قطاع البناء والإنشاء داخل مدينة أبوظبي.

As Abu Dhabi City Municipality always enhances OSH procedures for all entities working within the building and construction sector, all contractors, consultants, and developers are requested to comply with the following:

حرصا من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي لضمان تعزيز إجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية لجميع الكيانات العاملة في قطاع البناء والإنشاء يرجى من جميع المقاولين والإستشاريين والمطورين الإلتزام بالآتي:

All building construction sector approved OSHMS entities shall committed to submit the following reports on time at AL ADAA portal:

• OSH quarterly performance report (Form E).
• Annual external third-party audit report (Form F).
• OSH implementation costs report (Form E4) shall be submitted annually by the first quarter of each year.

Also all entities in the building and construction shall report all serious reportable OSH incidents to Abu Dhabi City Municipality & submitting the following reports at AL ADAA portal:

• OSH incidents notification report (Form G).
• OSH incidents investigation Report (Form G1).

إلتزام جميع الكيانات التي تم إعتماد أنظمتها لإدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية على الحرص بتقديم التقارير التالية في نظام الأداء وذلك في الوقت المحدد بكل تقرير وهي كالاتي:

• تقرير أداء نظام السلامة والصحة المهنية الربع سنوي (النموذج E).
• تقرير التدقيق الخارجي السنوي على نظام إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية من طرف ثالث (النموذج F).
• تقرير التكلفة التطبيقية السنوية لنظام إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية (النموذج E4) وتقديمه سنوياً خلال الربع الأول في كل عام.

كما يجب على جميع الكيانات إبلاغ بلدية مدينة أبوظبي في حالة وقوع الحوادث البليغة القابلة للإبلاغ في مواقع البناء والإنشاء والإلتزام بتقديم النماذج الآتية في نظام الأداء:

• تقرير الإبلاغ عن وقوع الحوادث (النموذج G).
• تقرير التحقيق في الحوادث (النموذج G1).

This is for everyone's strict compliance as per the requirements of Abu Dhabi Emirate Occupational Safety & Health System Framework (OSHAD SF) and according to the specified time frame.

على الجميع الإلتزام بذلك وفقاً لمتطلبات الإطار العام لنظام إمارة أبو ظبي للسلامة والصحة المهنية وذلك حسب الوقت المحدد.

Regarding the Commitment to Upload Mandatory Forms in the
Electronic Performance Program

To all contractors, consultants, and developers working in building & construction sector in Abu Dhabi City.

To all contractors, consulting offices, and developers working in the building and construction sector within Abu Dhabi city.

As Abu Dhabi City Municipality always enhances OSH procedures for all entities working within the building and construction sector, all contractors, consultants, and developers are requested to comply with the following:

In the interest of Abu Dhabi City Municipality to ensure the enhancement of occupational safety and health procedures for all entities working in the building and construction sector, all contractors, consultants, and developers are requested to comply with the following:

All building construction sector approved OSHMS entities shall committed to submit the following reports on time at AL ADAA portal:

• OSH quarterly performance report (Form E).
• Annual external third-party audit report (Form F).
• OSH implementation costs report (Form E4) shall be submitted annually by the first quarter of each year.

Also all entities in the building and construction shall report all serious reportable OSH incidents to Abu Dhabi City Municipality & submitting the following reports at AL ADAA portal:

• OSH incidents notification report (Form G).
• OSH incidents investigation Report (Form G1).

All entities whose OSH management systems have been approved shall commit to submitting the following reports in the AL ADAA portal on time for each report, as follows:

• Quarterly OSH system performance report (Form E).
• Annual external third-party audit report on the OSH management system (Form F).
• Annual implementation cost report for the OSH management system (Form E4) to be submitted annually during the first quarter of each year.

Also, all entities must inform Abu Dhabi City Municipality in the event of serious reportable incidents at construction sites and commit to submitting the following forms in the AL ADAA portal:

• Incident notification report (Form G).
• Incident investigation report (Form G1).
