المنصة الوطنية
تم إطلاق منصة ذكية للخدمات الحكومية على مستوى الحكومة الاتحادية وهو نظام الكتروني تم تطويره كاملا بجهود داخليا. وتعمل المنصة كقاعدة لأتمتة وتطوير الخدمات الحكومية الاتحادية وتحويلها إلى خدمات رقمية تتيح للمتعاملين الحصول عليها عن طريق أجهزتهم الالكترونية.

الدخول إلى موقع

تسجيل الدخول عبر اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور التي تم إنشاؤها عبر SMARTPASS أو عن طريق UAEPASS.

قبل التقديم يجب عليك اختيار الحساب الذي تود تقديم الخدمة له من القائمة العلوية في الزاوية اليسرى للشاشة الرئيسية للمنصة.

اختيار إدارة – المستخدمين من القائمة الرئيسية للمنصة.

اختيار تعديل صلاحيات عند اسم الموظف المراد تعديل صلاحياته.

اختيار «إضافة» لتعيين الدور الجديد للموظف.

Log in using the username and password created via SMARTPASS or through UAEPASS.

Before applying, you must select the account for which you want to provide the service from the top menu in the left corner of the platform's main screen.

Select Management – Users from the main menu of the platform.
Modify Permissions
and Add Roles

Select 'Modify Permissions' next to the name of the employee whose permissions you want to modify.

Select «Add» to assign the new role to the employee.

Select the service package that the employee will manage, then click «Save».
