قرار إداري رقم (53) لسنة 2010م
في شأن المساكن الشعبية في إمارة أبوظبي
رئيس دائرة الشؤون البلدية:
- - بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي وتعديلاته.
- - وعلى القانون رقم (3) لسنة 2005 في شأن تنظيم التسجيل العقاري بإمارة أبوظبي.
- - وعلى القانون رقم (19) لسنة 2005 في شأن الملكية العقارية وتعديلاته.
- - وعلى القانون رقم (9) في شأن إنشاء دائرة الشؤون البلدية.
- - وبناءً على توجيهات صاحب السمو رئيس الدولة (حفظه الله) المبلغة لنا بكتاب وزارة شؤون الرئاسة رقم 3296/2/3 بتاريخ 2010/4/14م.
- - وبناء على ما تقتضيه مصلحة العمل.
تقرر ما يلي:
مادة (1)
يمنع منعاً باتاً تأجير المساكن الشعبية.
مادة (2)
ينفذ هذا القرار ويبلغ لمن يلزم للعمل به، وعلى جميع الجهات التقيد بما جاء فيه كل فيما يخصه.

Administrative Decision No. (53) of 2010
Concerning Public Housing in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
The Chairman of the Department of Municipal Affairs:
- - Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 on the Reorganization of the Governmental Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments.
- - And Law No. (3) of 2005 Concerning the Regulation of Real Estate Registration in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
- - And Law No. (19) of 2005 Concerning Real Estate Ownership and its amendments.
- - And Law No. (9) Concerning the Establishment of the Department of Municipal Affairs.
- - And based on the directives of His Highness the President of the State (may God protect him), communicated to us by the letter of the Ministry of Presidential Affairs No. 3296/2/3 dated 14/4/2010.
- - And based on the requirements of the public interest.
The following has been decided:
Article (1)
The leasing of public housing is strictly prohibited.
Article (2)
This decision shall be implemented and communicated to whom it may concern for action, and all authorities shall adhere to its provisions, each within its jurisdiction.
