قرار إداري رقم (176) لسنة 2012م
في شأن إيقاف العمل ببطاقة التداول العقاري في بلديات الإمارة
بعد الاطلاع على:
- القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974م بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي لإمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له،
- والقانون رقم (3) لسنة 2005م في شأن تنظيم التسجيل العقاري بإمارة أبوظبي،
- والقانون رقم (9) لسنة 2007م في شأن إنشاء دائرة الشؤون البلدية،
- والقانون رقم (10) لسنة 2007م في شأن بلدية ومجلس بلدي مدينة أبوظبي بإمارة أبوظبي،
- والقانون رقم (11) لسنة 2007م في شأن بلدية ومجلس بلدي مدينة العين في إمارة أبوظبي،
- والقرار الإداري رقم (61) لسنة 2005م في شأن إصدار بطاقة التداول العقاري،
- وقرار اللجنة التنفيذية بالأمانة العامة للمجلس التنفيذي رقم (14) ج 2012/19 بشأن إلغاء بطاقة التداول العقاري المعمول بها في بلديتي أبوظبي والعين،
- وكتاب معالي الأمين العام للمجلس التنفيذي رقم (1.4/1097) المؤرخ 2012/11/4م،
- وبناء على ما تقتضيه مصلحة العمل.
قرر:
مادة (1)
وقف العمل ببطاقة التداول العقاري بجميع بلديات الإمارة والعمل على تفعيل استخدام بطاقة الهوية الصادرة من هيئة الإمارات للهوية وذلك لغايات التداول العقاري في الإمارة.
مادة (2)
يُلغى القرار الإداري رقم (61) لسنة 2005 م في شأن إصدار بطاقة تداول العقارات.
مادة (3)
يُنفذ هذا القرار اعتبارًا من تاريخ صدوره وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

Administrative Decision No. (176) of 2012
Concerning the Discontinuation of the Real Estate Trading Card in the Municipalities of the Emirate
Having reviewed:
- Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the Reorganization of the Governmental Apparatus of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws,
- And Law No. (3) of 2005 concerning the Regulation of Real Estate Registration in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
- And Law No. (9) of 2007 concerning the Establishment of the Department of Municipal Affairs,
- And Law No. (10) of 2007 concerning the Municipality and Municipal Council of Abu Dhabi City in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
- And Law No. (11) of 2007 concerning the Municipality and Municipal Council of Al Ain City in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
- And Administrative Decision No. (61) of 2005 concerning the Issuance of the Real Estate Trading Card,
- And the decision of the Executive Committee of the General Secretariat of the Executive Council No. (14) C 2012/19 regarding the cancellation of the Real Estate Trading Card used in the municipalities of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain,
- And the letter of His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Executive Council No. (1.4/1097) dated 04/11/2012,
- And based on the requirements of the public interest.
It is decided:
Article (1)
To discontinue the use of the Real Estate Trading Card in all municipalities of the Emirate and to activate the use of the ID card issued by the Emirates Identity Authority for the purposes of real estate trading in the Emirate.
Article (2)
Administrative Decision No. (61) of 2005 concerning the issuance of the Real Estate Trading Card is hereby repealed.
Article (3)
This decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
