رئيس دائرة التخطيط العمراني والبلديات:

- بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي.

- وعلى القانون رقم (3) لسنة 2005 في شأن تنظيم التسجيل العقاري بإمارة أبوظبي.

- وعلى القانون رقم (19) لسنة 2005 في شأن الملكية العقارية والقوانين المعدلة له.

- وعلى قرار رئيس المجلس التنفيذي رقم (64) لسنة 2010 بشأن أحكام الملكية العقارية.

- وعلى القانون رقم (13) لسنة 2016 بشأن إنشاء دائرة الشؤون البلدية والنقل.

- وسعيا نحو تنظيم تداول الأراضي والعقارات في إمارة أبوظبي.

- وبناءً على الصلاحيات والاختصاصات المقررة لنا.

تقرر ما يلي:

إيقاف التصرفات العقارية للأراضي التجارية -المنح- في إمارة أبوظبي، ما عدا الأراضي التجارية الواقعة في المناطق الاستثمارية، حتى إشعار آخر.

يُنفذ هذا القرار ويعمل به اعتبارًا من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

The Chairman of the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities:

- Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the Reorganization of the Government Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

- And Law No. (3) of 2005 concerning the Regulation of Real Estate Registration in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

- And Law No. (19) of 2005 concerning Real Estate Property and its amending laws.

- And the decision of the Chairman of the Executive Council No. (64) of 2010 regarding Real Estate Property Provisions.

- And Law No. (13) of 2016 regarding the Establishment of the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport.

- And in pursuit of regulating the trading of lands and real estate in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

- And based on the powers and competencies vested in us.

The following has been decided:

To suspend real estate dispositions for commercial lands -grants- in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, with the exception of commercial lands located in investment zones, until further notice.

This decision shall be implemented and effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
