بشأن إلغاء التعميم الإداري رقم (9) لسنة 2018 بشأن تنظيم القطاع العقاري
في إمارة أبوظبي - تسجيل عقد البيع
إلى كافة المعنيين في البلديات:
- بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (3) لسنة 2015 في شأن تنظيم القطاع العقاري في إمارة أبوظبي ولوائحه التنفيذية،
- وبناء على ما تقتضيه مصلحة العمل،
تقرر التالي:
المادة (1)
يُلغى التعميم الإداري رقم (9) لسنة 2018 بشأن تنظيم القطاع العقاري في إمارة أبوظبي – تسجيل عقد البيع.
المادة (2)
يسري هذا التعميم وينفذ اعتباراً من تاريخ 1 يوليو 2023، ويُعمم على كافة الجهات المعنية وذلك لعمل اللازم كل فيما يخصه.

Circular No. (4) for the Year 2023
Regarding the Cancellation of Administrative Circular No. (9) for the Year 2018 Concerning the Regulation of the Real Estate Sector
in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi - Registration of Sales Contract
To all concerned parties in the municipalities:
- Having reviewed Law No. (3) of 2015 concerning the Regulation of the Real Estate Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its executive regulations,
- And based on the requirements of the public interest,
The following has been decided:
Article (1)
Administrative Circular No. (9) for the Year 2018 concerning the Regulation of the Real Estate Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi - Registration of Sales Contract is hereby canceled.
Article (2)
This circular shall be effective and enforced starting from July 1, 2023, and shall be circulated to all concerned authorities to take necessary action, each within its jurisdiction.
