متطلبات السلامة عند تشكل الضباب وقلة مستوى الرؤية
تهديكم بلدية مدينة أبوظبي ممثلة بإدارة البيئة والصحة والسلامة خالص التحايا وأطيب التمنيات،
بالإشارة إلى الموضوع أعلاه وفي إطار الحرص على اتباع أعلى معايير الأمن والسلامة، يجب إيقاف حركة حافلات نقل العمال بصورة تامة في الأوقات التي يقل فيها مستوى الرؤية وتشكل الضباب وذلك حرصا منها على ضمان سلامة العمال، وعدم تعريض حياتهم وحياة الآخرين للخطر.
وعليه يرجى التكرم بعمل اللازم والتعميم على المعنيين لديكم "المقاول الرئيسي، مقاولي الباطن، الاستشاريين، شركات النقل، وإدارة سكن العمال، إلخ.. والتأكد من الامتثال بشكل دوري.
عدم الالتزام بالإجراءات المحددة أعلاه سيعرض المخالفين إلى الغرامة والمساءلة القانونية.

With reference to the above subject and in our commitment to follow the highest standards of security and safety, the movement of worker transport buses must be completely stopped during times of low visibility and fog formation. This is to ensure the safety of workers and to avoid endangering their lives and the lives of others.
Accordingly, please take the necessary action and circulate this to the concerned parties on your end (main contractor, subcontractors, consultants, transport companies, labor accommodation management, etc.) and ensure compliance periodically.
Failure to comply with the procedures specified above will subject violators to fines and legal accountability.
