بشأن نظافة المواقع الإنشائية
To: All Consultants and contractors working in Building and construction sector within the City of Abu Dhabi.
As Abu Dhabi Municipality always enhance EHS Procedures at the construction sites, all contractors, consultants and developers are requested to comply with the following:
إلى جميع الشركات الاستشارية وشركات المقاولات العاملين في قطاع البناء والإنشاء داخل مدينة أبوظبي
حرصا من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي لضمان تعزيز إجراءات البيئة والصحة والسلامة في المواقع الانشائية يرجى من جميع المقاولين والاستشاريين والمطورين الإلتزام بالآتي:

| • Keep the construction sites clean and tidy and remove drainage, stagnant water and solid rubbish in proper ways - and do not allow the formation of breeding grounds for insects and rodents. |
● المحافظة على نظافة الموقع الإنشائي والتخلص من تجمعات المياه الراكدة والصرف الصحي والنفايات الصلبة والسائلة بالطرق السليمة وعدم السماح بتشكل بؤر لتوالد الحشرات والقوارض. |
| • Arrange contract with pest Control Companies approved by – the center of waste management – Abu Dhabi (Tadweer), during the construction stages and conduct weekly insect surveys. |
● التعاقد مع شركات مكافحة آفات الصحة العامة المرخصة والمعتمدة من مركز إدارة النفايات – أبوظبي (تدوير) خلال فترة البناء والإنشاء والقيام بمسوحات حشرية أسبوعية والمكافحة. |
| • It is strictly prohibited to throw demolition and construction waste randomly, and special containers must be provided and collected periodically. |
● يمنع منعا باتاً رمي نفايات الهدم والبناء بشكل عشوائي ويجب توفير حاويات خاصة يتم تجميعها وترحيلها بشكل دوري. |
| • The demolition contractors must ensure that no building is demolished until the pest and rodent control process is completed and that the building is free of them. |
● على مقاولي الهدم التأكد من عدم هدم أي مبنى لحين الإنتهاء من عملية مكافحة الحشرات والقوارض والتأكد من خلو المبنى منها. |
| • Separation of organic waste from demolition /construction waste and maintaining the cleanliness of the construction site while ensuring daily transfer of organic and inorganic waste by companies approved by the Centre of waste management-Abu Dhabi (Tadweer) |
● فصل النفايات العضوية عن نفايات الهدم والبناء والمحافظة على نظافة الموقع الإنشائي مع ضمان الترحيل اليومي للمخلفات العضوية بواسطة شركات معتمدة من مركز إدارة النفايات – أبوظبي (تدوير). |
| • Ensure compliance with the requirements of the center of waste management - Abu Dhabi (Tadweer), before obtaining permits to commission contractor, completion of buildings and demolition. |
● التأكد من استيفاء متطلبات مركز أدارة النفايات – أبوظبي (تدوير) قبل الحصول على التصاريح الخاصة بتكليف مقاول وإتمام المباني والهدم . |
