Safety Requirements in the Demolition Sites.
الى جميع شركات المقاولات والمكاتب الاستشارية والمطورين العاملين في قطاع البناء والإنشاء داخل مدينة أبوظبي.
حرصا من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي لضمان تعزيز إجراءات البيئة والصحة والسلامة في المواقع الإنشائية يرجى من جميع المقاولين والاستشاريين والمطورين الالتزام بالآتي:
To: All contractors, consultants and developers working in building and construction sector within the Abu Dhabi City.
As Abu Dhabi City Municipality always enhance EHS measures at the construction sites. All contractors, consultants and developers are requested to comply with the following requirements:

- Ensure all authorities approvals / permits are obtained prior to start any demolition activities.

- التأكد من أخذ جميع الموافقات والتصاريح من الجهات المعنية قبل البدء بأي عملية هدم.
|
- Demolition contractors shall provide clear method statement, risk assessment, and HSE plan for the demolition activities and ensure they followed properly.
|
- يجب على مقاول الهدم إعداد بيان يوضح طريقة العمل وتقييم المخاطر وخطة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لجميع الأعمال مع ضمان إتباعهم بشكل دقيق.
|
- Engineering study for the building structure shall be done by consultant to ensure the structure of the building can bear the loads of the materials and equipment.
|
- يجب إجراء دراسة لهيكل المبنى من خلال مكتب استشاري لضمان قدرة هيكل المبنى على تحمل أوزان المواد والمعدات.
|
- All equipment shall have valid UAE registration (Mulkiya) and 3rd party inspection certificates. All operators of these equipment shall have valid 3rd party competency certificates.

- يجب حصول جميع المعدات على شهادة تسجيل (ملكية) وشهادة فحص من طرف ثالث سارية المفعول. كما يجب حصول مشغلي هذه المعدات على شهادة كفاءة صادرة من طرف ثالث وسارية المفعول.

- Submitting of contractor undertaking letter which ensures that the building is free from asbestos and hazardous materials. In case of availability of these materials in the building, they shall be dealt with according to the requirements of relevant codes of practices of AD OSHAD SF and the regulations of Abu Dhabi Waste Management Center.

- تقديم تعهد من المقاول بشأن خلو المبنى من مادة الأسبستوس والمواد الخطرة. وفي حالة وجود هذه المواد يجب التعامل معها حسب متطلبات أدلة الممارسة ذات العلاقة للإطار العام لنظام إمارة أبوظبي للسلامة والصحة المهنية ولوائح مركز أبوظبي لإدارة النفايات.

- Noise and dust monitoring shall be done in a daily basis to ensure that their levels are not exceeding the allowable limits. Ensure preventive measures are taken where required. (Reports shall be available when requested).
|
- الفحص اليومي للضوضاء والغبار لضمان عدم تجاوز الحد المسموح به مع ضمان الأخذ بالتدابير الوقائية إذا تطلب الأمر. (يجب توفير التقارير عند الطلب).

- All required PPE shall be provided for the workers and the equipment operators.
|
- يجب توفير معدات الحماية الشخصية الملائمة لجميع العمال ومشغلين المعدات.
|
- Scaffolds shall be erected by competent scaffolders and certified by 3rd party to ensure they are safe to use.
|
- يجب تركيب السقالات عن طريق فريق مختص وفحصها من طرف ثالث لضمان سلامة استخدامها.
|
- Demolition contractors must ensure that the pest and rodent control process is completed, and the building is free of them. (pest control contract shall be provided).
|
- يجب على مقاولي الهدم التأكد من رش المبنى بالمبيدات الحشرية والتأكد من خلو المبنى منها. (يجب توفير عقد رش مبيدات حشرية).

- Demolition contractors shall ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Emirate & UAE OSH legislations, and ADM-EHS requirements.
|
- يجب على مقاولي الهدم الامتثال والإلتزام بتشريعات السلامة والصحة المهنية في إمارة أبوظبي والدولة ومتطلبات البيئة والصحة والسلامة لبلدية مدينة أبوظبي.
