Safety Requirements

• Ensure to conduct risk assessment and periodical update for activities to define appropriate controls, in preventing collapse of structure/equipment and fall of persons and materials from heights, with due consideration to height phobia and climatic conditions.
• Ensure use of all required personal fall arrest system to avoid falling and to ensure all edges are protected, openings closed with clear warning signs.
• Ensure relevant and appropriate 3rd party training is imparted to all employees involved in using, inspecting, erecting and dismantling the scaffolds, ladders, etc. – for working at heights.
• Ensure periodic inspection of all falling protection equipment and accessories – by approved 3rd party inspection bodies.
• Ensure the attendance of competent supervisor (having adequate knowledge in working at heights) and conduct daily safety pre-task briefing in related to working at heights, to convey hazards and risks pertaining to activity being performed as well as verify all the required safety controls.

• التأكد من إجراء التفتيش الدوري لجميع المعدات وأدوات الحماية المتعلقة بأنشطة العمل على الارتفاعات - بواسطة شركة تفتيش طرف ثالث معتمدة.
• التأكد من تواجد مشرف عمل ذو خبرة كافية بمجال العمل على المرتفعات وتقديم نشرة السلامة الصباحية اليومية الخاصة بالعمل على الارتفاعات - لتوصيل الوعي بالمخاطر التي قد تواجه الفريق والتحقق من توفير الضوابط المطلوبة للعمل.

• Ensure the use of all personal protective equipment to prevent falls and ensure that edges are adequately protected and all openings are closed with warning signs.
• Ensure appropriate training is provided by a third party to all employees involved in the use, inspection, erection, and dismantling of scaffolding, ladders, and their accessories - for working at heights.
• Ensure periodic inspection of all equipment and protective tools related to work activities at heights - by an accredited third-party inspection company.
• Ensure the presence of a work supervisor with sufficient experience in the field of working at heights and provide the daily morning safety briefing for working at heights - to convey awareness of the risks that the team may face and to verify the provision of the required work controls.
