COVID-19 Prevention in Labor Accommodations
إلى جميع المكاتب الإستشارية وشركات المقاولات والمطورين العاملين في قطاع البناء والإنشاء داخل مدينة أبوظبي.
To all consultants, contractors & developers working in building and construction sector within the Abu Dhabi City.
حرصا من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي لضمان تعزيز إجراءات البيئة والصحة والسلامة في المساكن العمالية يتوجب على كافة ملاك ومشغلي المساكن العمالية في مدينة أبوظبي ضرورة الإلتزام بالمتطلبات الآتية:
As Abu Dhabi City Municipality always enhance EHS procedures at the labor accommodations. All owners and operators of labor accommodations in Abu Dhabi City are requested to comply with the following:

- زيادة عمليات التنظيف والتطهير للمرافق والأسطح ذات الاحتكاك المباشر بالأفراد داخل السكن مثل:
- الحمامات وأماكن الإستحمام والمغاسل.
- طاولات وكراسي غرف الطعام.
- مطابخ العمال وملحقاتها.
- غرف نوم العمال وملحقاتها ومقابض جميع الأبواب.
- أماكن العبادة بالسكن.
- أجهزة التحكم بالأجهزة الإلكترونية والكهربائية (مثل التلفاز، المكيف، مفاتيح الإضاءة).
- درابزين السلالم.
- المعدات الرياضية بصالات الألعاب.
- المقاعد والطاولات بغرف التدريب والاجتماعات والترفيه.
- حافلات نقل العمال (المقاعد ومقابض اليد).

- Increase the frequency of cleaning & disinfection processes of facilities & surfaces in direct contact with the persons inside the accommodation such as:
- Bathrooms, showers, and washing basins.
- Dining tables and chairs.
- Workers kitchens and their accessories.
- Labor bedrooms, furniture, and all doors handles.
- Prayer rooms.
- Control devices for electronic & electrical devices (e.g. television, air conditioner, lighting switches)
- Stairs handrails.
- Gym's equipment
- Seats and tables in the training rooms, meeting rooms and entertainment rooms.
- Labor buses (seats and handles).

- المحافظة على مسافة كافية بين العمال ( ١ متر على الأقل) في كافة الأماكن المشتركة (مثل الإستراحات، المطاعم، إلخ) في حالة عدم القدرة إغلاق هذه الأماكن.

- Maintain adequate distance between workers (minimum 1 meter) in all common areas (e.g. rest areas, messes, etc.). In case if not capable of doing this close these areas.

- إلغاء كافة الفعاليات داخل السكن مثل المباريات، الحفلات، إلخ.
|
- Cancel all events inside the accommodation e.g. matches, parties, etc.
|
- ضرورة تعقيم الحافلات وفق متطلبات مركز أبوظبي للصحة العامة.

- All buses shall be disinfected according to the requirements of Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre.
|
- المحافظة على مسافة كافية بين العمال أثناء التنقل في الحافلات.
|
- Maintain adequate distance between workers while using buses.
|
- تقليل حركة خروج العمال من السكن إلى الأماكن العامة قدر الإمكان.
|
- Reduce the movement of labors from the accommodation to public areas where possible.
|
- تخصيص أماكن منفصلة (جناح أو مبنى) للحجر.
|
- Allocate separate areas (wing or building) for quarantine.
|
- توفير معقم اليدين في أماكن متفرقة من السكن، مع توفيره في الحمامات إضافة للصابون.

- Availability of hand sanitizers & hand wash liquid in various locations at the accommodation in particularly in toilets.
|
- توثيق عمليات التنظيف والتطهير في سجلات التنظيف مع ذكر المادة المستخدمة في التطهير.
|
- Documenting all cleaning and disinfection operations including the names of the used disinfectants.
