إجراءات الوقاية من الحرائق بالمواقع الإنشائية
إلى جميع المكاتب الاستشارية وشركات المقاولات والمطورين العاملين في قطاع البناء والإنشاء داخل مدينة أبوظبي.
حرصا من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي لضمان تعزيز إجراءات البيئة والصحة والسلامة بأماكن العمل في قطاع البناء والإنشاء بمدينة أبوظبي يرجى من الجميع ضرورة الالتزام بالمتطلبات الآتية:
- الحصول على شهادة استيفاء اشتراطات السلامة من الدفاع المدني للمكاتب واستراحات العمال وأماكن التخزين وخزانات الوقود في المواقع الإنشائية.
- توفير أجهزة مكافحة الحريق في المكاتب وفي أماكن التخزين والتأكد من عملها بشكل جيد.
- تحليل المخاطر وتجهيز خطة الطوارئ الخاصة بمكافحة الحرائق في المواقع الإنشائية.
- على جميع المقاولين الالتزام بسياسة منع التدخين بالمكاتب وتوفير مناطق للتدخين حسب الاشتراطات.
- إجراء تدريب إخلاء حريق للمكاتب والمشروع بشكل دوري وتوفير السجلات عند الطلب.
- توفير مداخل ومخارج الطوارئ والتأكد من وجود اللوحات الإرشادية وأضواء الطوارئ.
- توفير لائحة تضم أسماء فريق الطوارئ وضباط إطفاء الحريق وتعليقها بمكان واضح في المكاتب والمشروع.
- توفير مناطق تجمع حسب الاشتراطات.

Fire Prevention Measures at Construction Sites
To all consulting offices, contracting companies, and developers working in the building and construction sector within the city of Abu Dhabi.
In the interest of Abu Dhabi City Municipality to ensure the enhancement of environment, health, and safety measures at workplaces in the building and construction sector in Abu Dhabi city, everyone is kindly requested to adhere to the following requirements:
- Obtain a certificate of compliance with safety requirements from the Civil Defense for offices, workers' accommodations, storage areas, and fuel tanks at construction sites.
- Provide firefighting equipment in offices and storage areas and ensure it is in good working order.
- Analyze risks and prepare an emergency plan for firefighting at construction sites.
- All contractors must adhere to the no-smoking policy in offices and provide designated smoking areas as per the requirements.
- Conduct periodic fire evacuation drills for offices and the project, and provide records upon request.
- Provide emergency entrances and exits and ensure the presence of directional signs and emergency lights.
- Provide a list of the emergency team members and fire wardens and post it in a visible place in the offices and the project.
- Provide assembly points as per the requirements.
