بشأن نماذج عقود واتفاقيات المقاولات والتصميم والبناء
إلى كافة الجهات الحكومية في إمارة أبوظبي،،،
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،،،
يهديكم مركز أبوظبي للمشاريع والبنية التحتية فائق التحية والاحترام، متمنين لكم دوام التوفيق والنجاح.
بالإشــــارة إلى قرار رئيس المجلس التنفيذي رقم (1) لسنة 2007 في شأن إصدار نماذج عقود واتفاقيات المقاولات والتصميم والبناء، وتبعاً لصدور قرار المجلس التنفيذي رقم (195) بشأن إنشاء مركز أبوظبي للمشاريع والبنية التحتية، وانطلاقاً من حرص حكومة أبوظبي على تنفيذ المشاريع الرأسمالية وفق أفضل الممارسات، فإننا نهيب بكم الالتزام بما يأتي:
- يتعين على الجهات الحكومية الالتزام بنموذج عقد المقاولات المحدث (المرفق) وذلك في عقود واتفاقيات المقاولات العامة التي تبرمها الجهات الحكومية في إمارة أبوظبي.
- في حال الحاجة إلى عمل أي تعديل على النموذج، فإنه يتوجب على الجهة الحكومية التنسيق مع مركز أبوظبي للمشاريع والبنية التحتية للحصول على الموافقات اللازمة بشأن التعديلات المقترحة.

Regarding Construction, Design, and Build Contract and Agreement Templates
To all government entities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,,,
Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you,,,
The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre extends its sincerest greetings and respect, wishing you continued success and prosperity.
With reference to the decision of the Chairman of the Executive Council No. (1) of 2007 regarding the issuance of templates for construction, design, and build contracts and agreements, and following the issuance of Executive Council Decision No. (195) concerning the establishment of the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre, and stemming from the Abu Dhabi Government's commitment to implementing capital projects in accordance with best practices, we urge you to adhere to the following:
- Government entities must adhere to the updated Construction Contract template (attached) for all general construction contracts and agreements concluded by government entities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
- Should any amendment to the template be required, the government entity must coordinate with the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre to obtain the necessary approvals for the proposed amendments.
