بشأن الحفاظ على المظهر العام لعلم الدولة والشعارات والرموز الرسمية
إلى كافة الأفراد والجهات والشركات الحكومية والخاصة في إمارة أبو ظبي المحترمون
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،،،
تهديكم دائرة البلديات والنقل أطيب التحيات والتمنيات بدوام التوفيق والنجاح.
ضمن إطار الحرص على رفع الوعي المجتمعي وتعزيز المسؤولية المجتمعية في المحافظة على المظهر الحضاري في الإمارة، ندعوكم للحفاظ على المعاني والقيم الوطنية لعلم الدولة والشعارات والرموز الرسمية، وحمايتها من التلف الناتج عن الطقس والعوامل الطبيعية والحرارة والأتربة، وصيانتها بشكل مستمر، واستبدال الأعلام التالفة أو المتشققة أو ذات الألوان الباهتة بفعل الرياح والحرارة والمشوهة للمظهر العام بأخرى سليمة وبشكل دوري.
نقدر لكم حرصكم الدائم والجاد على المصلحة العامة في الحفاظ على المظهر العام.

The Department of Municipalities and Transport extends its best regards and wishes you continued success and prosperity.
Within the framework of our commitment to raising community awareness and enhancing social responsibility in maintaining the civilized appearance of the Emirate, we urge you to preserve the national meanings and values of the state flag, emblems, and official symbols, protect them from damage caused by weather, natural elements, heat, and dust, maintain them continuously, and periodically replace flags that are damaged, torn, faded due to wind and heat, or distort the public appearance with new, intact ones.
We appreciate your constant and earnest commitment to the public interest in preserving the public appearance.
