بشأن تلوين زجاج حافلات نقل الركاب في إمارة أبوظبي

رئيس دائرة البلديات والنقل:

- بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بشأن إعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي وتعديلاته،

- وعلى القانون رقم (19) لسنة 2006 في شأن تنظيم النقل بسيارات الأجرة بإمارة أبو ظبي وتعديلاته،

- وعلى القانون رقم (30) لسنة 2019 بشأن إنشاء دائرة البلديات والنقل،

- وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (3) لسنة 2023 بشأن بعض أعضاء المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة أبوظبي،

- وعلى القانون الاتحادي رقم (21) لسنة 1995 في شأن السير والمرور وتعديلاته،

- وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم (178) لسنة 2017 بشأن قواعد وإجراءات الضبط المروري والتعديل رقم (243) لسنة 2020،

- وعلى قرار رئيس دائرة البلديات والنقل رقم (33) لسنة 2021 بشأن اللائحة التنفيذية الخاصة بتشغيل خدمات نقل الركاب بالحافلات في إمارة أبو ظبي،

- وبناءً على ما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة،

تقرر ما يلي:

المادة (1)

تلتزم جميع الشركات والمؤسسات المصرح لها من قبل مركز النقل المتكامل عند تشغيل وتقديم نشاط نقل الركاب بتلوين زجاج جميع حافلات النقل، بحيث يكون التلوين باللون الأسود بنسبة لا تزيد عن (50%) من مستوى الرؤية الداخلية للحافلة على أن يشمل التلوين الزجاج الجانبي والخلفي فقط وليس الأمامي، مع الالتزام بالتشريعات والقرارات الصادرة في هذا الشأن.

المادة (2)

على الإدارات المعنية في مركز النقل المتكامل التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية لضمان تقيد الشركات والمؤسسات بما ورد في هذا القرار وفقا للإجراءات والنظم المتبعة.

المادة (3)

يلتزم جميع مشغلي أنشطة نقل الركاب بالحافلات بتوفيق أوضاعهم طبقا لمضمون هذا القرار خلال مدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ صدوره.

المادة (3)

يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويُعمل به بعد ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ صدوره، وذلك للعمل بموجبه كل فيما يخصه.

Administrative Decision No. (93) of 2024

Regarding the Tinting of Passenger Transport Bus Windows in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

The Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport:

- Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the reorganization of the government apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,

- And Law No. (19) of 2006 concerning the regulation of taxi transport in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,

- And Law No. (30) of 2019 regarding the establishment of the Department of Municipalities and Transport,

- And Emiri Decree No. (3) of 2023 concerning some members of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,

- And Federal Law No. (21) of 1995 concerning traffic and its amendments,

- And Ministerial Resolution No. (178) of 2017 concerning traffic control rules and procedures and Amendment No. (243) of 2020,

- And the decision of the Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport No. (33) of 2021 concerning the executive regulations for the operation of passenger transport services by bus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,

- And based on the requirements of the public interest,

The following has been decided:

Article (1)

All companies and establishments authorized by the Integrated Transport Centre to operate and provide passenger transport activities shall tint the windows of all transport buses. The tinting shall be black with a percentage not exceeding (50%) of the bus's internal visibility level, and shall include only the side and rear windows, not the front windshield, while complying with the legislation and decisions issued in this regard.

Article (2)

The concerned departments at the Integrated Transport Centre shall coordinate with the relevant authorities to ensure that companies and establishments comply with the provisions of this decision in accordance with the established procedures and regulations.

Article (3)

All operators of passenger transport activities by bus shall reconcile their status in accordance with the content of this decision within a period not exceeding three months from the date of its issuance.

Article (3)

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect three months after the date of its issuance, to be acted upon by all concerned parties.
