Regarding the Guidebook for the Development and Organization of Cemeteries in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the reorganization of the government apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
And Law No. (4) of 1983 regarding the regulation of construction works and its amending laws,
And Law No. (2) of 2012 regarding the preservation of public appearance, health, and public tranquility in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, its amendments, and its executive regulations,
And Law No. (10) of 2006 regarding the Western Region Municipality and Municipal Council in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
And Law No. (10) of 2007 regarding the Abu Dhabi City Municipality and Municipal Council in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
And Law No. (11) of 2007 regarding the Al Ain City Municipality and Municipal Council in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
And Law No. (30) of 2019 regarding the establishment of the Department of Municipalities and Transport,
And Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2023 regarding the restructuring of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
And Executive Committee Resolution No. (22) C (2012/26) regarding the adoption of the Guidebook for the Development and Organization of Cemeteries in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
And Infrastructure Committee Resolution No. (06/09/15/2024) regarding the Guidebook for the Development and Organization of Cemeteries in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
And based on the requirements of the public interest,
It is decided as follows:
Article (1)
The Guidebook for the Development and Organization of Cemeteries in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, attached to this decision, is hereby adopted.
Article (2)
This decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and anything that contradicts it is repealed. It shall be circulated to all municipalities and concerned authorities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to act upon, each within its jurisdiction, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
