بشأن الدليل الإرشادي لتطوير وتنظيم المقابر في إمارة أبو ظبي

بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بشأن إعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبو ظبي وتعديلاته،

وعلى القانون رقم (4) لسنة 1983 بشأن تنظيم أعمال البناء والقوانين المعدلة له،

وعلى القانون رقم (2) لسنة 2012 بشأن الحفاظ على المظهر العام والصحة والسكينة العامة في إمارة أبو ظبي وتعديلاته ولوائحه التنفيذية،

وعلى القانون رقم (10) لسنة 2006 بشأن بلدية ومجلس بلدي المنطقة الغربية بإمارة أبوظبي وتعديلاته،

وعلى القانون رقم (10) لسنة 2007 بشأن بلدية ومجلس بلدي مدينة أبوظبي بإمارة أبوظبي وتعديلاته،

وعلى القانون رقم (11) لسنة 2007 بشأن بلدية ومجلس بلدي مدينة العين بإمارة أبوظبي وتعديلاته،

وعلى القانون رقم (30) لسنة 2019 بشأن إنشاء دائرة البلديات والنقل،

وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (11) لسنة 2023 بشأن إعادة تشكيل المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة أبوظبي،

وعلى قرار اللجنة التنفيذية رقم (22) ج (2012/26) بشأن اعتماد الدليل الإرشادي لتطوير وتنظيم المقابر بإمارة أبوظبي،

وعلى قرار لجنة البنية التحتية رقم (2024/15/09/06) بشأن الدليل الإرشادي لتطوير وتنظيم المقابر في إمارة أبوظبي،

وبناءً على ما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة،

تقرر ما يلي:

المادة (1)

يُعتمد الدليل الإرشادي لتطوير وتنظيم المقابر في إمارة أبوظبي المرفق بهذا القرار.

المادة (2)

يُنفذ هذا القرار اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره، ويلغى كل ما يخالفه، ويُعمم على جميع البلديات والجهات المعنية في إمارة أبوظبي، وذلك للعمل بموجبه كل فيما يخصه، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

Concerning the Guideline for the Development and Regulation of Cemeteries in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport

Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the Reorganization of the Government Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,

And Law No. (4) of 1983 concerning the Regulation of Construction Works and its amending laws,

And Law No. (2) of 2012 concerning the Preservation of Public Appearance, Health, and Public Tranquility in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, its amendments, and its executive regulations,

And Law No. (10) of 2006 concerning the Municipality and Municipal Council of the Western Region in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,

And Law No. (10) of 2007 concerning the Municipality and Municipal Council of Abu Dhabi City in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,

And Law No. (11) of 2007 concerning the Municipality and Municipal Council of Al Ain City in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,

And Law No. (30) of 2019 concerning the Establishment of the Department of Municipalities and Transport,

And Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2023 regarding the Restructuring of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,

And Executive Committee Decision No. (22) C (26/2012) concerning the Adoption of the Guideline for the Development and Regulation of Cemeteries in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,

And Infrastructure Committee Decision No. (06/09/15/2024) concerning the Guideline for the Development and Regulation of Cemeteries in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,

And based on the requirements of the public interest,

It is decided as follows:

Article (1)

The Guideline for the Development and Regulation of Cemeteries in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, attached to this decision, is hereby adopted.

Article (2)

This decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and anything that contradicts it is repealed. It shall be circulated to all municipalities and concerned authorities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to act upon it, each within its jurisdiction, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
