بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم (19) لسنة 2005
في الملكية العقارية
نحن خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان، حاكم أبوظبي
- بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له.
- وعلى القانون رقم (2) لسنة 1971 في شأن المجلس الاستشاري الوطني والقوانين المعدلة له.
- وعلى القانون رقم (19) لسنة 2005 في الملكية العقارية المعدل بالقانون رقم (2) لسنة 2007.
- وبناء على ما عرض على المجلس التنفيذي، وموافقة المجلس عليه.
أصدرنا القانون الآتي:
المادة (1)
يستبدل بنص الفقرة الأولى من المادة رقم (3) من القانون رقم (19) لسنة 2005 المشار إليه، النص التالي:
«حق تملك العقارات قاصر على المواطنين ومن في حكمهم وعلى الأشخاص والشركات والجهات التي يصدر بتحديدها قرار من ولي العهد أو رئيس المجلس التنفيذي».
المادة (2)
ينفذ هذا القانون من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

Amending Certain Provisions of Law No. (19) of 2005
Concerning Real Estate Property
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi,
- Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the Reorganization of the Governmental Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws.
- And Law No. (2) of 1971 concerning the National Consultative Council and its amending laws.
- And Law No. (19) of 2005 concerning Real Estate Property, as amended by Law No. (2) of 2007.
- And based on what was presented to the Executive Council, and its approval thereof.
We have issued the following Law:
Article (1)
The text of the first paragraph of Article (3) of the aforementioned Law No. (19) of 2005 shall be replaced by the following text:
“The right to own real estate is restricted to citizens and those treated as such, and to persons, companies, and entities specified by a decision of the Crown Prince or the Chairman of the Executive Council.”
Article (2)
This Law shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
