قرار رئيس المجلس التنفيذي رقم (75) لسنة 2009
بشأن تعديل مدة عقود إيجار الأماكن

نحن محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، ولي العهد رئيس المجلس التنفيذي،

- بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له.

- وعلى القانون رقم (20) لسنة 2006 بشأن إيجار الأماكن وتنظيم العلاقة الإيجارية بين المؤجرين والمستأجرين في إمارة أبوظبي المعدل بالقانون رقم (6) لسنة 2009.

- وبناء على ما عرض على المجلس التنفيذي، وموافقة المجلس عليه.

أصدرنا القرار الآتي:

المادة (1)

تعدل مدة عقود الإيجار المنصوص عليها في المادة (20) من القانون رقم (6) لسنة 2009 المشار إليه، لتصبح خمس سنوات بدلا من أربع سنوات.

المادة (2)

ينفذ هذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

Executive Council Chairman's Resolution No. (75) of 2009
Concerning the Amendment of the Tenancy Contract Term for Premises

We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council,

- Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the Reorganization of the Governmental Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws.

- And Law No. (20) of 2006 regarding the Rent of Premises and the Regulation of the Tenancy Relationship between Lessors and Lessees in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as amended by Law No. (6) of 2009.

- And based on what was presented to the Executive Council and its approval thereon.

Have issued the following Resolution:

Article (1)

The term of tenancy contracts stipulated in Article (20) of the aforementioned Law No. (6) of 2009 shall be amended to become five years instead of four years.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
