نحن محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، ولي العهد رئيس المجلس التنفيذي،

- بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له.

- وعلى القانون رقم (20) لسنة 2006 بشأن إيجار الأماكن وتنظيم العلاقة الإيجارية بين المؤجرين والمستأجرين في إمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له.

- وعلى قرار رئيس المجلس التنفيذي رقم (25) لسنة 2011 بشأن عقود إيجار الأماكن.

- وبناء على ما عرض على المجلس التنفيذي، وموافقة المجلس عليه.

أصدرنا القرار الآتي:

تمدد المهلة المنصوص عليها في البند 4 من المادة (20) من القانون رقم (20) لسنة 2006 المشار إليه، لتصبح /9/ نوفمبر / 2013م.

لا يجوز أن تزيد نسبة الزيادة السنوية على الأجرة المحددة في العقد، والواردة في المادة (16) من القانون رقم (20) لسنة 2006 المشار إليه، على خمسة في المائة (5%)، على أن يكون تقدير القيمة الإيجارية اعتبارًا من 10 نوفمبر 2013 وفق إرادة المتعاقدين.

ينفذ هذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, Chairman of the Executive Council,

- Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the reorganisation of the Governmental Body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amending laws.

- And Law No. (20) of 2006 concerning the leasing of properties and the regulation of the landlord-tenant relationship in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amending laws.

- And the Resolution of the Chairman of the Executive Council No. (25) of 2011 Concerning Property Lease Contracts.

- And based on the submission to the Executive Council, and its approval thereof.

We have issued the following Resolution:

The period stipulated in Clause 4 of Article (20) of the aforementioned Law No. (20) of 2006 shall be extended to become November 9, 2013.

The annual increase rate for the rent specified in the contract, as mentioned in Article (16) of the aforementioned Law No. (20) of 2006, may not exceed five percent (5%), provided that the estimation of the rental value as of November 10, 2013, shall be according to the will of the contracting parties.

This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
