بشأن إعفاء البعثات الدبلوماسية من الرسوم البلدية

على توثيق وتسجيل عقود الإيجار

رئيس دائرة الشؤون البلدية والنقل:

- بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له.

- وعلى قرار رئيس المجلس التنفيذي رقم (4) لسنة 2011 بشأن قواعد وإجراءات وتسجيل عقود الإيجار في إمارة أبوظبي وتعديلاته.

- وعلى القانون رقم (13) لسنة 2016 في شأن إنشاء دائرة الشؤون البلدية والنقل.

- وعلى قرار المجلس التنفيذي رقم (74) لسنة 2017 بشأن إعفاء البعثات الدبلوماسية من الرسوم البلدية على توثيق وتسجيل عقود الإيجار.

- وعلى كتاب وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي رقم: م ع م ر/ش د/11082/11/1 تاريخ 13 أغسطس 2017.

- وبناءً على ما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة

تقرر ما يلي:

المادة (1)

تعفى البعثات الدبلوماسية المرفقة بياناتها بهذا القرار من الرسوم المقررة على توثيق وتسجيل عقود الإيجار.

المادة (2)

ينفذ هذا القرار اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره، ويعمم على الجهات المعنية لتنفيذه.

Administrative Decision No. (287) of 2017

Regarding the Exemption of Diplomatic Missions from Municipal Fees

on the Authentication and Registration of Lease Contracts

Chairman of the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport:

- Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the Reorganization of the Government Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws.

- And Executive Council Chairman's Resolution No. (4) of 2011 concerning the Rules and Procedures for Registering Lease Contracts in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments.

- And Law No. (13) of 2016 concerning the Establishment of the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport.

- And Executive Council Resolution No. (74) of 2017 regarding the Exemption of Diplomatic Missions from Municipal Fees on the Authentication and Registration of Lease Contracts.

- And the letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation No.: M.A.M.R./Sh.D./11082/11/1 dated August 13, 2017.

- And based on the requirements of the public interest

It is decided as follows:

Article (1)

The diplomatic missions whose details are attached to this decision are exempted from the fees prescribed for the authentication and registration of lease contracts.

Article (2)

This decision shall be implemented from the date of its issuance and circulated to the concerned authorities for its execution.
