Administrative Decision No. (35) of 2011
Amending the Executive Regulations of Law No. (3) of 2005
Concerning the Regulation of Real Estate Registration in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
The Chairman of the Department of Municipal Affairs:
Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 on the Reorganization of the Governmental Body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments.
And Law No. (3) of 2005 Concerning the Regulation of Real Estate Registration in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its Executive Regulations No. (1/52) of 2008.
And Law No. (19) of 2005 on Real Estate Property and its amendments.
And Law No. (9) of 2007 on the Establishment of the Department of Municipal Affairs.
And Law No. (10) of 2007 on the Municipality and Municipal Council of Abu Dhabi City in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
And Law No. (11) of 2007 on the Municipality and Municipal Council of Al Ain City in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
And Law No. (10) of 2006 on the Municipality and Municipal Council of the Western Region in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
And the Decision of the Chairman of the Department of Municipal Affairs No. (1/52) of 2008 issuing the Executive Regulations of Law No. (3) of 2005 Concerning the Regulation of Real Estate Registration in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Has decided as follows:
Article (1)
A new article, numbered (35), shall be added to the Executive Regulations of Law No. (3) of 2005, and it shall read as follows:
The Chairman of the Department of Municipal Affairs has the right to exempt any person or entity from the application of the provisions of these regulations for the public interest.
Article (2)
This decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
