بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له،

وعلى القانون رقم (19) لسنة 2006 في شأن تنظيم النقل بسيارات الأجرة بإمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له،

وعلى القانون رقم (30) لسنة 2019 بشأن إنشاء دائرة البلديات والنقل،

وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (1) لسنة 2019 في شأن إعادة تشكيل المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة أبوظبي وتعديلاته،

وعلى قرار رئيس المجلس التنفيذي رقم (97) لسنة 2020 بشأن إعفاء مستخدمي المواقف العامة من الرسوم،

وبناء على ما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة،

قرر ما يلي:

يُعفى مستخدمو المواقف العامة في إمارة أبوظبي من الرسوم المقررة ابتداءً من تاريخ 30/03/2020 وحتى إشعار آخر.

يُنفذ هذا القرار اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

The Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport

Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 on the Reorganization of the Governmental Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws,

And Law No. (19) of 2006 on Regulating Taxi Transport in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws,

And Law No. (30) of 2019 on the Establishment of the Department of Municipalities and Transport,

And Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2019 on the Restructuring of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,

And the decision of the Chairman of the Executive Council No. (97) of 2020 regarding the exemption of public parking users from fees,

And based on the requirements of the public interest,

It is decided as follows:

Users of public parking in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi shall be exempted from the prescribed fees starting from 30/03/2020 until further notice.

This decision shall be implemented from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
