قرار المجلس التنفيذي رقم (172) لسنة 2020
بشأن الرسم الإقليمي لمشاركة المطورين في تكلفة وتحسين
البنية التحتية لشبكة النقل
قرر المجلس التنفيذي ما يأتي:
1. الموافقة على إعفاء المطورين من سداد الرسم الإقليمي لمشاركة المطورين في تكلفة وتحسين البنية التحتية لشبكة النقل لعام 2021.
2. الإيعاز إلى دائرة البلديات والنقل برفع دراسة شاملة للرسم الإقليمي مع توضيح الأثر الاقتصادي، ورفع مقترحاتكم بشأن تطبيق الرسم الإقليمي إلى المجلس التنفيذي خلال (3) أشهر من تاريخ صدور هذا القرار.

Executive Council Resolution No. (172) of 2020
Regarding the Regional Fee for Developer's Participation in the Cost and Improvement
of the Transportation Network Infrastructure
The Executive Council has decided the following:
1. Approve the exemption of developers from paying the regional fee for their participation in the cost and improvement of the transportation network infrastructure for the year 2021.
2. Instruct the Department of Municipalities and Transport to submit a comprehensive study on the regional fee, clarifying its economic impact, and to submit your proposals regarding the application of the regional fee to the Executive Council within (3) months from the date of issuance of this resolution.
