بشأن رسوم خدمات نظام قيد المهندسين
نحن محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، ولي العهد رئيس المجلس التنفيذي.
- بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له.
- وعلى القانون رقم (9) لسنة 2007 في شأن إنشاء دائرة الشؤون البلدية.
- وعلى القانون رقم (8) لسنة 2013 بشأن الاختصاصات المستحدثة لدائرتي التنمية الاقتصادية والشؤون البلدية.
- وبناءً على ما عرض على المجلس التنفيذي، وموافقة المجلس عليه.
أصدرنا القرار الآتي:
المادة الأولى
تستوفي دائرة الشؤون البلدية رسوم قيد المهندسين في الإمارة، وذلك على النحو التالي:

المادة الثانية
يُعفى مواطنو الدولة من رسوم التسجيل والتجديد بفئة القيد والمحترف المشار إليها في المادة السابقة.
المادة الثالثة
يُلغى كل نص أو حكم يخالف أو يتعارض مع أحكام هذا القرار.
المادة الرابعة
يُنفذ هذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

Executive Committee Resolution No. (31) Session 2015/33 for the Year 2015
Regarding Fees for Engineer Registration System Services
We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, Chairman of the Executive Council.
- Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the reorganization of the governmental apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws.
- And Law No. (9) of 2007 concerning the establishment of the Department of Municipal Affairs.
- And Law No. (8) of 2013 concerning the new competencies of the Department of Economic Development and the Department of Municipal Affairs.
- And based on what was presented to the Executive Council, and its approval.
We have issued the following resolution:
Article One
The Department of Municipal Affairs shall collect the fees for the registration of engineers in the Emirate, as follows:

Article Two
UAE nationals shall be exempt from the registration and renewal fees for the Registered and Professional categories referred to in the preceding article.
Article Three
Any text or provision that violates or contradicts the provisions of this resolution shall be repealed.
Article Four
This resolution shall be implemented from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
