الرقابة الصحية على المنشآت غير الغذائية

الشروط التخصصية:

1. تخصيص منطقة للاستقبال، ومنطقة للفرز والاستلام والتسليم، ومنطقة لغسيل المنسوجات.
2. توفير غرفة لغسيل الملابس ذات جدران مغطاة بالسيراميك، وتوفير عدد كافٍ من العربات المصنوعة من مواد غير ماصة للمياه أو الرطوبة، ذات عجلات لنقل الملابس المغسولة إلى المجففة وإلى منطقة الفرز بعد الانتهاء منها.
3. توفير مغسلة واحدة متصلة بمزود خدمة المياه المحلي، لإزالة البقع المتسخة عن الملابس بشكل مبدئي، ومعالجة الملابس المتسخة بالبقع والأوساخ، بالمواد الكيميائية المخصصة لهذا الأمر.
4. توفير حامل لتعليق المنسوجات بعد معالجتها.
5. توفير غسالة ومجففة واحدة على الأقل، متصلة بشبكة الصرف الصحي، ويمنع الغسيل اليدوي.
6. وضع الغسالات والمجففات على قاعدة غير ماصة للرطوبة والمياه بارتفاع 10 سم عن الأرض، ويجب أن يكون الفراغ المحيط بجميع الماكينات المستخدمة في الغسيل لا يقل عن 30 سم.

الشروط التخصصية:

1. في حال إضافة نشاط غسيل السّجاد إلى أنشطة تجارية أخرى، يجب الفصل الكامل بين الأنشطة المختلفة.
2. توفير مكتب استقبال (استلام وتسليم) ومنطقة للفرز، وأخرى للتنظيف المبدئي والمعالجة ومنطقة للغسيل اليدوي للسجاد، ومنطقة للغسيل الآلي، ومنطقة تجفيف السجاد.
3. توفير رفوف مناسبة لحفظ السّجاد، مع حامل سجاد متحرك مصنوع من مواد غير ماصة للرطوبة.
4. توفير حامل جداري لتعليق السجاد بعد تنظيفها المبدئي أو معالجتها.
5. الأرضيات تكون ذات انحدار مناسب، لانسياب المياه بشكل تلقائي إلى مصرف المياه.

ثالثا: ورش الإصلاح والتجاري

الشروط الصحية العامة لورش الإصلاح والصيانة:

1. الفصل الكامل لمنظومة التكييف داخل الورشة، بحيث تكون دورة الهواء داخل الورشة منفصلة عن أي محلات أو كيانات مجاورة، بطريقة تسمح بطرد الهواء إلى خارج المنشأة وذلك منعًا لاختلاط الأبخرة المنبعثة من الورشة، مع هواء التكييف للمحلات المجاورة أو المبنى.
2. تقديم النشاط التجاري يكون داخل المنشأة ويمنع مزاولة الأنشطة التجارية على الساحات الخارجية والأرصفة تجنباً من حدوث تلوث في هذه الأماكن واتساخها بمخلفات الصيانة.
3. أرضيات الورش يجب أن تكون من الإسمنت أو مادة الإبوكسي أو من أي مادة أخرى مشابهة بدون وجود أي تشققات أو مسامات أو فواصل واضحة تكون مكانًا لتجمع الأتربة والأوساخ.
4. المنحدرات المعدنية أو الخشبية المستخدمة لدخول المركبات إلى داخل المنشأة، يجب أن تكون قابلة للإزالة مع نهاية يوم العمل ليتم التنظيف أسفلها، وعدم تثبيتها منعًا لتجميع الأوساخ والأتربة أسفلها، وتجنب إتلاف الأرصفة.
5. توفير جميع متطلبات الحماية والسلامة للعاملين (القفازات، أغطية الرأس، الكمامات، أحذية واقية ... الخ) وتخزينها في خزانة أو مخزن مخصص فقط لهذه المعدات والأدوات.
6. عدم رمي الزيوت والشحوم والنفايات غير العضوية في مجاري الصرف الصحي، ويجب تخزينها في أوعية مناسبة يتم التخلص منها عبر منشآت النفايات المتخصصة بجمع هذه المخلفات غير العضوية.
7. الالتزام بشروط وحدة تخزين أسطوانات الغاز مع تجنب وضعها أمام الشارع العام وعلى الرصيف، وإنما وضع مخزن أسطوانات الغاز بين المباني بما يضمن إخفائها وفقًا لموافقة الإدارة المختصة في البلدية المعنية.
8. المحافظة على النظافة العامة في مكان ممارسة النشاط بالإضافة لنظافة العاملين الشخصية والنظافة الخارجية للمنشأة لمسافة 5 متر.
9. المحافظة على أدلة تشغيل المعدات المستخدمة داخل المنشأة التجارية وتقديمها لمفتش البلدية عند الطلب.
10. اتخاذ كافة إجراءات الصيانة الدورية للمعدات والآلات المستخدمة داخل المنشأة التجارية.
11. حصول جميع العاملين على برامج المطابقة التي تقررها الجهة المعنية وتدريبهم على الإستخدام الصحيح والآمن مع أدوات الحماية الشخصية مثل استخدام الأقنعة الواقية عند التعامل مع الدهانات والأصباغ التي تنتج أبخرة عن استخدامها.
12. تركيب مروحة شفط للهواء متناسبة مع حجم الورشة وذات نوعية جيدة، مع مراعاة جدول التهوية الداخلية والهواء العادم المذكور في الشروط الصحية العامة.

يسمح بممارسة الأنشطة التجارية التالية في المناطق الصناعية فقط:

1. أعمال قطع الرخام والحجر.
2. ورشة حدادة ولحام.
3. ورشة لتركيبات الألمنيوم والزجاج.
4. ورشة خراطة.
5. منجرة (ورش النجارة).
6. صياغة الحلي من الذهب والمعادن النفيسة.
7. إصلاح وصيانة محركات السفن.
8. إصلاح وصيانة المضخات والصمامات.
9. إصلاح وصيانة المعدات والآلات الزراعية.
10. إصلاح وصيانة مكيفات الهواء ومعدات التبريد وتنقية الهواء.
11. إصلاح وصيانة المولدات الكهربائية.
12. إصلاح القوارب.
13. إصلاح الآلات والمكائن الخفيفة وصيانتها.
14. إصلاح المكائن والمعدات البحرية وصيانتها.
15. إزالة الصدأ عن المعادن.
16. سمكرة المركبات.
17. دهان ورش المركبات.
18. إصلاح ميكانيك المركبات.
19. إصلاح ميكانيكا المعدات والآليات الثقيلة.
20. إصلاح كهرباء السيارات.
21. إصلاح مبردات (راديترات) المركبات وتنظيفها.
22. تبديل وإصلاح الإطارات.
23. إصلاح ميزان المركبات (ميزان الكتروني).
24. غسيل وتنظيف وتشحيم المركبات (محطة).
25. تبديل زيوت المركبات.
26. تجهيز السيارات بالمواد المقاومة للصدأ.
27. تركيب الأجزاء الإضافية للسيارات.
28. إصلاح عوادم السيارات.
29. حدادة المركبات.
30. تركيب وإصلاح صندوق التروس (الجير).
31. إصلاح وتركيب زجاج السيارات.
32. تنظيف وتلميع السيارات.
33. تنجيد مقاعد المركبات.
34. إصلاح كهرباء المعدات والآليات الثقيلة.
35. إصلاح مكيفات هواء السيارات.
36. ورش صيانة السيارات متعددة التخصصات (وكالات).
37. الصيانة والإصلاح العام للمركبات (كراجات).
38. إصلاح ميكانيكا الحافلات والشاحنات والمركبات المقطورة.
39. إصلاح نظام الحقن الإلكتروني.
40. إصلاح كهرباء الحافلات والشاحنات والقاطرات.
41. إصلاح معدات الثلاجات المقطورة.
42. تجهيز وتعديل سيارات السباق.
43. إصلاح الدراجات النارية.
44. إصلاح العربات النارية.
45. إصلاح الدراجات المائية وصيانتها.
46. إصلاح الأجهزة الإلكترونية المنزلية.
47. إصلاح معدّات الحدائق وقص الحشائش.
48. رش وطلاء وتلميع الأثاث.
49. صيانة وإصلاح المركبات ذاتية أو شبه ذاتية القيادة والقطع والأنظمة الخاصة بها.

يسمح بممارسة الأنشطة التجارية التالية في المناطق التجارية:

1. إصلاح وصيانة البنادق والأسلحة.
2. إصلاح وصيانة الموازين والمكاييل.
3. إصلاح أجهزة الفيديو والراديو والتلفزيون وأجهزة التصوير المنزلية.
4. إصلاح المبردات والغسالات والسخانات.
5. إصلاح الأثاث المنزلي والمكتبي.
6. إصلاح المجوهرات والمصوغات والحلي.

رابعا: صالات الألعاب والتسلية:

الشروط الصحية العامة لصالات الألعاب والتسلية:

1. توفير كافة أدوات ومعدات وملابس الأمن والسلامة، في جميع المنشآت التي تقدم خدمات التأجير والتسلية والترفيه للعاملين والأفراد متلقي الخدمة.
2. يجب أن يتم استخدام خوذة الرأس الواقية من الصدمات مع ضرورة استخدام غطاء الرأس ذو الاستخدام الواحد لكل متعامل قبل أن يتم وضع خوذة الرأس.
3. يمنع تأجير أي منتجات بحال كانت متسخة أو غير نظيفة، ويجب اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات التي تضمن تأجير المنتجات بحالة نظيفة بما يضمن عدم نقل أي عضويات أو كائنات مجهرية أو أي تلوث عبر هذه المواد إلى الأفراد.
4. اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات الكفيلة بتطهير المنتجات قبل تأجيرها بما يتناسب مع طبيعة هذه المنتجات.
5. التأكد من أن جميع المنتجات المعروضة للتأجير نظيفة وصالحة للاستخدام، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار المظهر العام والرائحة وسلامة المنتج.
6. التأكد من خلو أثاث وألعاب الأطفال من أي خطر قد يسبب إصابة للأطفال (أجزاء صغيرة/ أطراف حادة/...إلخ).
7. تخزين جميع المنتجات والأدوات المخصصة للتأجير في أماكن مناسبة لطبيعة هذه المنتجات بما يضمن عدم اتساخها أو تراكم الغبار عليها.
8. تنظيف كافة ألعاب الأطفال داخل صالات التسلية المخصصة للأطفال بشكل مستمر وبما يضمن بقاء جميع الألعاب نظيفة وخالية من أي تراكم للأوساخ.
9. تطهير كافة ألعاب الأطفال (مقاعد، مقابض، أحزمة الأمان، أزرار الألعاب... إلخ) وجميع الأماكن التي تكون على اتصال مباشر مع أيدي الأطفال في بداية ونهاية يوم العمل، باستخدام مواد مطهرة فعالة أو إذا دعت الحاجة.
10. مراعاة أن تكون ألعاب الأطفال مصنوعة من مواد مطابقة للشروط والمقاييس بناء على موافقة الجهات المختصة.
11. وضع شهادة المطابقة الصادرة عن الجهة المختصة بشأن جميع ألعاب التسلية عند مدخل صالة الألعاب.
12. يمنع تقديم الخدمة لأي طفل داخل صالات التسلية في حالة الاشتباه بإصابته بأي مرض.
13. توقيع إقرار خطي من ولي أمر الطفل في حالة الألعاب التي تحتاج مجهود بدني مثل (ألعاب التسلق، ألعاب القفز، ألعاب التزلج، ... الخ).
14. يمنع دخول الأطفال الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 6 سنوات إلى أماكن لعب الأطفال العامة أو المشتركة، إلا بمرافقة ولي أمر الطفل أو مرافق بالغ.
15. يسمح لولي أمر الطفل أو مرافق الطفل بمرافقة عدد (2) طفل فقط في أماكن لعب الأطفال العامة أو المشتركة.
16. يجب وضع سوار مؤقت من البلاستيك أو من مادة مناسبة، على معصم الطفل يحمل اسم الطفل ورقم هاتف ولي الأمر، مع ضرورة تسجيل هذه البيانات في سجلات المنشأة.
17. في أماكن لعب الأطفال العامة أو المشتركة، يجب خلع الحذاء وارتداء جوارب من النوع المانع للانزلاق.

طريقة تنظيف الألعاب بشكل دوري:

18. استخدام طريقة المسح التقليدية بواسطة فوطة مبللة بالماء والصابون لمسح وتنظيف ألعاب الأطفال وإزالة الغبار والأوساخ المتراكمة أو المتواجدة عليها، وتتم عملية التنظيف قبل عملية تعقيم ألعاب الأطفال.

طريقة تطهير ألعاب الأطفال في بداية ونهاية يوم العمل أو إذا دعت الحاجة:

19. استخدام مطهر مثل (الكحول الإيثيلي بتركيز 70% ) أو استخدام مطهرات مخصصة لذلك، مع ضرورة الالتزام بتعليمات الاستخدام المدونة على البطاقة التعريفية الموجودة على عبوة المادة المطهرة.
20. طريقة التطهير إما عن طريق المسح أو عن طريق الرش لجميع مناطق التلامس مع المستخدمين مثل (المقابض والمقاعد وعصي التحكم والأحزمة، والأزرار،...إلخ) وترك المادة المطهرة مدة 30 دقيقة على الأقل قبل مسحها.
21. في حال إصابة طفل بجرح أو إقياء أو أي نوع من أنواع الإصابة داخل مكان اللعب، فيجب إغلاق منطقة التلوث، والعمل على تنظيفها وغسلها بالماء والصابون ومن ثم تطهيرها باستخدام مطهر الكحول الإيثيلي أو أي مطهر آخر بعد التقيد بطريقة استخدام المطهر.
22. تخصيص سجل خاص بإصابات الأطفال، يتم تدوين نوع الإصابة وتاريخها والإجراء الذي تم اتخاذه في شأن الإصابة وجميع البيانات الأخرى الضرورية مثل (اسم المصاب، عمره، رقم هاتف ولي أمر الطفل المصاب، ... إلخ) مع ضرورة تقديم هذه السجلات إلى مفتش البلدية عند الطلب.
23. تخصيص سجل خاص بجميع إجراءات التنظيف والتطهير والتعقيم التي تتم بشكل دوري ومستمر على جميع الألعاب والمرافق في صالات الألعاب والتسلية.

خامسا: أنشطة تنظيف وتطهير وتعقيم المياه العامة

الشروط الصحية لأنشطة تنظيف وتطهير وتعقيم المياه العامة:

1. توفير كادر عمل مؤهل للقيام بأعمال التشغيل والصيانة المطلوبة، وحصول جميع العاملين على شهادة المطابقة من الجهة المعنية وفقًا لنوع مهنة كل عامل.
2. فحص جميع العاملين (فحص الصحة المهنية) وحصولهم على شهادة اللياقة الطبية من الجهة المعنية سارية المفعول، قبل البدء في ممارسة النشاط التجاري، وتجديدها سنويا.
3. في حال كانت المنشأة تقدم خدمات أخرى مثل (أحواض الصرف الصحي، أحواض تخزين المواد الكيميائية أو المواد الخطرة، الأصباغ، المشتقات البترولية، ... إلخ، أو أي أنشطة تجارية أخرى) فيجب اتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة في شأن الفصل الكامل لجميع أدوات ومعدات وأجهزة تنظيف وتشغيل مياه الشرب وأحواض السباحة وبرادات مياه الشرب العامة عن الأعمال الأخرى.
4. عدم استخدام كادر العمل والعاملين في المجالات الأخرى، في أنشطة تنظيف وتطهير وتعقيم المياه العامة.
5. وضع خطة طوارئ مفصلة، يتم توضيح كافة إجراءات المنشأة في حال ظهرت أي حالة من حالات التلوث، بدءًا من بداية إيقاف تشغيل المرفق (حوض سباحة، خزان مياه شرب، براد مياه شرب) وصولاً إلى إعادة تشغيل المرفق مرة أخرى وأخذ العينات للتحليل المخبري، مع ضرورة تحديد رقم هاتف للتواصل.
6. الإلتزام بالاحتفاظ بكافة سجلات التشغيل المطلوبة وفقًا للتالي:

   خدمات تشغيل أحواض السباحة	الدليل الإرشادي الخاص باللائحة التنفيذية رقم 2 لسنة 2018 بشأن أحواض السباحة والصادر بالقرار رقم 3 لسنة 2018
   خدمات تنظيف وتعقيم خزانات مياه الشرب	القرار الإداري رقم 26 لسنة 2018 بشأن الصحة والسلامة العامة لخزانات مياه الشرب الخاصة، ودليل قواعد الممارسة الخاصة بتفتيش وتنظيف خزانات مياه الشرب الخاصة بالمستهلكين، أو أي تشريعات تصدر في هذا الشأن.
   خدمات تركيب وتشغيل برادات مياه الشرب العامة	القرار الإداري رقم 139 لسنة 2018 بشأن صحة وسلامة برادات مياه الشرب، أو أي تشريعات تصدر في هذا الشأن.

7. التسجيل في الأنظمة الرقمية التي يتم إعدادها من قبل البلديات وفقًا لما هو مقرر في هذا الشأن.

سادسا: المنشآت الخاضعة للرقابة الصحية البيطرية

الشروط الصحية العامة للمنشآت التجارية الخاضعة للرقابة البيطرية

المنشأة وتجهيزاتها:

1. المنشأة عبارة عن محل أرضي أو في مركز تجاري أو في مزرعة مع مراعاة أن يكون مدخل المنشأة منفصل.
2. يقتصر بيع المواشي بالتجزئة في الحظائر الموجودة داخل أسواق المواشي التابعة للبلديات فقط.
3. الفصل الكامل بمنظومة التكييف داخل المنشأة لتكون دورة الهواء منفصلة عن أي منشآت أو كيانات مجاورة.
4. توفير فتحة تصريف للمياه داخل المنشأة، وجميع زوايا التقاء الجدران على شكل قوس لتسهيل عملية التنظيف بالمياه ولتجنب تجمع الأوساخ والغبار.
5. وضع شبك معدني ناعم على كافة النوافذ وفتحات التهوية لمنع دخول الحشرات.
6. توفير كافة أدوات ومعدات السيطرة والتحكم والإمساك بالحيوانات وفقًا لطبيعة كل نشاط تجاري.

7. توفير حاويات للنفايات ذات غطاء يفتح بالقدم، ووضع أكياس بلاستيكية داخل الحاوية باستمرار.
8. مكافحة الحشرات والقوارض إلزامية عن طريق التعاقد مع إحدى شركات المكافحة المعتمدة من الجهة المعنية.
9. تركيب صواعق كهربائية للحشرات متناسبة مع حجم المنشأة وذات نوعية جيدة.
10. توفير معقم للأيدي عند باب المنشأة وتوفير الصابون السائل المضاد للبكتيريا والمناشف الورقية داخل المنشأة.
11. توفير مغسلة مناسبة للأيدي وتزويدها بالماء البارد والحار، مع توفير حوض أرضي من السيراميك لغسيل الأقفاص منفصل عن أماكن عرض الحيوانات بفاصل مناسب غير ماص للماء والرطوبة.
12. توفير سخان مياه داخل المنشأة لتوفير المياه الساخنة التي تستخدم في التنظيف.
13. وضع لوحة على مدخل المنشأة بحظر بيع الحيوانات لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة سنة، وبمنع التدخين داخل المنشأة.
14. الاحتفاظ بسجلات وفواتير شراء الحيوانات الموجودة داخل المنشأة، وتقديمها لمفتش البلدية عند الطلب.
15. تأمين مستودع علف تتوافر فيه الاشتراطات الصحية، ويمنع التخزين على الأرض، ويجب استعمال PLASTIC PALLET وتكون بعيدة عن الجدران 20 سم.
16. لأنشطة التربية، يجب أن تبعد مكان التربية (المزرعة) عن أقرب مجمع سكني بما لا يقل عن 1000 متر.

أماكن إيواء الحيوانات:

17. جميع الأقفاص أو الأماكن المعدة لعرض الحيوانات مناسبة لنوع الحيوان، ومصنوعة من مواد معتمدة من الجهات المعنية، وخالية من النتوءات والزوائد التي قد تسبب الأذى والضرر للحيوانات.
18. وضع أوعية الطعام والمياه داخل الأقفاص في مكان يمكن للحيوان الوصول إليه بسهولة، ومرتفع عن الأرضية.
19. تخصيص قفص أو مكان منفصل عن أماكن عرض الحيوانات الأخرى، لعزل الحيوان المريض أو المشتبه بمرضه، مع ضرورة وضع لوحة على هذا المكان بأنه غير معد للبيع.
20. وضع فرشة مناسبة على قاعدة الأقفاص أو الأماكن المخصصة لعرض الحيوانات، ويمنع إستخدام الأوراق أو الكرتون، وأوراق المجلات والصحف.
21. توفير مياه للشرب نقية بشكل دائم ومستمر في جميع أقفاص الحيوانات المختلفة.
22. الالتزام والتقيد بجميع قوانين وتشريعات الرفق بالحيوان، الصادرة عن الجهات المختصة.

نقل الحيوانات:

23. أن تكون جميع وسائل النقل المخصصة لنقل وتوزيع الحيوانات، مستوفية لجميع شروط ومعايير نقل الحيوانات من وإلى المخزن ومراكز التوزيع أو منافذ البيع.
24. عربات نقل الحيوانات جيدة التهوية وذات مساحة مناسبة، والأرضيات والجوانب خالية من الشقوق والزوائد المعدنية كالمسامير لتفادي إصابة الحيوانات أثناء النقل.
25. تجنب وضع أعداد كبيرة من الحيوانات بما لا يتناسب مع مساحة المركبة، لتفادي عوامل الإجهاد أثناء النقل.
26. عدم نقل حيوانات ذات أنواع مختلفة بنفس العربات بل يجب فصل الأنواع عن بعضها.
27. عزل الحيوانات المريضة أثناء الرحلة وإزالة الحيوانات النافقة عند أول محطة توقف للعربة.
28. تأمين الغذاء والماء المناسبين أثناء عملية نقل الحيوانات دون تعرضهم للضرر والأذى للعوامل المؤثرة الخارجية.
29. إستعمال المعدات والأدوات المناسبة لتجنب إحداث أضرار أو جروح أو نفوق للحيوانات أثناء نقل الحيوانات.
30. عدم وضع الأعلاف على أرضية عربات نقل الحيوانات الحية بل توضع في مكان مخصص ومستوفي الشروط.
31. يراعى عند نقل الحيوانات بأيام الصيف أن يتم وضع غطاء واقي بالأعلى من المكان المخصص لنقل الأغنام ويجب عدم إغلاق جوانب سيارة النقل تفادياً لارتفاع درجة الحرارة أثناء النقل وضمان التهوية المناسبة.
32. عدم نقل المواد الضارة والخطرة مثل (اسطوانات الغاز والمواد الكيميائية ... إلخ) بعربات نقل الحيوانات.

مهام الإدارة في المنشأة:

33. الإبلاغ عن الأمراض الواجب الإبلاغ عنها والمحددة وفقًا للتشريعات السارية، إلى الإدارة المختصة في البلدية المعنية.
34. عزل الحيوان المريض في مأوى خاص للعلاج.
35. توفير تعليمات إرشادية توضح متطلبات العناية بالحيوان عند البيع أو التداول.
36. توفير مستلزمات الحماية والسلامة الخاصة كالألبسة الواقية للعاملين والإسعافات الأولية للمتواجدين في المنشأة.
37. اتخاذ كافة وسائل الرفق بالحيوانات أثناء تداولها أو الإتجار بها أو نقلها والعمل على توفير كافة سبل الرعاية والإيواء.

الممنوعات والمحظورات:

38. يمنع استخدام الأقفاص المصنوعة من الخشب أو المواد الماصة للرطوبة والمياه.
39. يمنع استخدام الرصيف حول المنشأة التجارية للتخزين أو تكديس البضائع أو عرض الحيوانات أو الأقفاص.
40. عدم وضع أكياس العلف فوق أرضية المخزن مباشرة بل إنشاء مواضع وقواعد من مواد غير قابلة للصدأ على أن ترتفع عن أرضية المخزن بما لا يقل عن 2 سم.
41. يمنع إدخال القطط والكلاب وتربية الدواجن داخل حظائر بيع المواشي.
42. يمنع استخدام المبيدات الحشرية أو أدوية علاج الحيوانات داخل حظائر بيع المواشي.
43. يمنع إنتاج الألبان أو مشتقاتها ولا يسمح بالتربية أو التكاثر داخل حظائر بيع المواشي.
44. يمنع تخزين أي معدات أو أدوات أو أجهزة غير العلف المخصص لتغذية الحيوانات داخل حظائر بيع المواشي.
45. الالتزام والتقيد بمعاهدة التجارة العالمية لأصناف الحيوان المهددة بالانقراض (السايتس، CITES) ولا يسمح ببيع الأنواع المخالفة للاتفاقية.
46. يمنع تداول الحيوانات قبل أن يتم تسجيلها لدى البلدية المختصة ووفق الأنظمة المعتمدة في هذا الشأن.
47. يمنع تداول الحيوانات الخطرة المنصوص عليها في القوانين والتشريعات الصادرة عن الجهات المعنية.

الشروط التخصصية:

1. يسمح لهذا النشاط التجاري في المزارع فقط.
2. أن تبعد المزرعة مسافة 5 كم عن أقرب تجمع سكني.
3. تخصيص مساحة 70 × 70 سم كحد أدنى لكل صقر.
4. توفير مساحة رملية لوضع الوكر أو الحامل ويجب أن يكون مبطن بالقماش أو الترتان.
5. ضرورة الإحتفاظ بالسجلات المطلوبة الخاصة بمصادر توريد الصقور.
6. الإلتزام بوضع البرقع وربط رجل الصقر وتثبيته في الوكر أو الحامل.
7. تجهيز المنشأة بالأجهزة اللازمة لحضانة وفقس البيض.
8. يمنع وضع الصقور داخل أقفاص ويمكن توفير مساحة محاطة بسور ومغطاه بشبك لتدريب الصقور.
9. توفير ثلاجة بحجم يتناسب مع عدد الطيور، لتخزين اللحوم المخصصة لتغذية الطيور.
10. عرض الطيور الجارحة أو الصقور على حامل مغلف بالقماش أو الجلد أو بمادة مناسبة.
11. تقييد الطير من خلال ربطه بحبل مناسب على الحامل لمنعه من الطيران.
12. تكون الأرضيات أسفل مجاثم أو أوكار الطيور من الرمل أو مواد يسهل معها تنظيف المنطقة.

تجارة طيور الزينة - بالجملة

بيع الأسماك والحيوانات البحرية للزينة – بالتجزئة

وصف النشاط: هي المنشآت المتخصصة في إعادة البيع بالتجزئة لأسماك الزينة والحيوانات البحرية والنهرية الأخرى مثل السلاحف البحرية, نجم البحر, قواقع البحر, ومرجان البحر وما شابه من الحيوانات البحرية التي تستخدم للزينة, ويدخل في هذا النشاط المعدات المتعلقة بتربيتها والعناية بها مثل (مرشحات المياه ومقاييس الحرارة ومضخات الهواء، وما الى ذلك من أدوات).

الشروط التخصصية:

1. لا يشمل هذا النشاط بيع الأحواض.
2. توفير حوض أرضي.
3. تخصيص 1 لتر من الماء لكل سم من طول السمكة.
4. تجهيز كافة الأحواض بأجهزة فلترة وضخ الهواء ومراقبة درجة حرارة الحوض... إلخ.
5. توفير أحواض للعزل.
6. جميع التوصيلات الكهربائية يجب أن تكون آمنة.
7. مراعاة النظافة ووضع بطاقات تعريفية للمواصفات.
8. التقيد بأن تكون المواد المستخدمة في ديكور الأحواض لا تتفاعل مع الماء.

3. توفير الشباك والأدوات الخاصة بالإمساك بالفراشات.
4. يمنع إستعمال المبيدات الحشرية.
5. وضع لوحات تحذيرية بمنع التدخين ومنع دخول الحيوانات الأليفة إلى داخل المحل.
6. توفير النباتات والزهور المناسبة لنوع الفراشات.

حديقة حيوانات

رقم النشاط: 9103001

وصف النشاط: هي الحدائق المجهزة بتجهيزات خاصة لتربية وإعاشة الحيوانات الأليفة والوحشية مقابل جذب الناس لمشاهدتها مقابل رسوم من الزوار.

الشروط التخصصية:

1. توفير الأسيجة أو الحواجز أو الأقفاص المناسبة لحجز وإيواء الحيوانات وتحقق السلامة والأمان لمرتادي الحديقة، وتكون هذه الحواجز مغلقة من جميع الجهات مع توفير أبواب الخدمة بحيث يمكن فتحها أو إغلاقها من الداخل والخارج، ويراعى فيها المواصفات والمقاييس من حيث المساحة المناسبة لنوع وعدد الحيوانات والطيور، ونوعية المواد المستخدمة في إنشاء هذه الحواجز، أرضية الحاجز، احتياجات الحيوانات داخل الحاجز وشروط السلامة العامة (أنظر الجدول).

2. توفير عيادة بيطرية مجهزة وتعيين طبيب بيطري مرخص من الجهات المعنية أو أخصائي أحياء برية، وصيدلية بيطرية خاصة بالحديقة تحتوي على العلاجات البيطرية المختلفة واللقاحات اللازمة لحيوانات الحديقة وبالكميات المطلوبة وبالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة.
3. توفير عمال مؤهلين ولديهم الخبرة الكافية للتعامل مع الحيوانات البرية.
4. توفير مطبخ مجهز بكافة التجهيزات اللازمة لتحضير طعام الحيوانات مع توفير ثلاجة خاصة تتناسب مع حجم الحديقة، ليتم تخزين الأغذية المبردة لفترة تكفي لمدة سبعة أيام على الأقل.
5. توفير ممر خدمات خاصة لحظائر الحيوانات من الجهة الخلفية لتقديم الماء والطعام من قبل العاملين بالحديقة ويراعي ذلك في مرحلة إعداد الدراسات والمخططات للحديقة.
6. توفير أبواب معدنية تعمل بمزالج داخل الحظائر يمكن إغلاقها وفتحها من الخارج والداخل وذلك للتعامل مع الحيوانات الخطرة أو المفترسة.
7. تصميم الحظائر والأسيجة بشكل يضمن عدم تكون سبخات مياه أو الأوحال في المناطق المغطاة بالرمال أو الأرضيات المانعة للرطوبة.
8. أن تكون الأرضيات متناسبة مع نوع الحيوان في الحظائر وتضمن خروج المياه من الحظائر أثناء عملية التنظيف.
9. وضع لوحة إسمية أمام السياج أو القفص وعلى مرأى من الزوار، يوضح فيها نبذة عن الحيوان من (إسم ونوع والموطن والإسم العلمي، والعامي، وتصنيفه... إلخ).

حديقة أحياء مائية

رقم النشاط: 9103003

وصف النشاط: هي الحدائق المجهزة بأحواض مائية ضخمة صممت لتضم العديد من الأسماك والحيوانات البحرية مثل الدلافين، أسود البحر، ثعالب البحر، السلاحف البحرية، البطاريق وغيرها، وتشمل أنشطة الحديقة العروض الترفيهية التي تقوم بها الدلافين وأسود البحر، كما تتاح فيها الفرصة للمشاهدين الإقتراب من تلك الحيوانات ومعرفة المزيد عنها أو إلتقاط الصور معها.

الشروط التخصصية:

1. توفير السياج والحواجز والأحواض المائية المناسبة لحجز وإيواء الأحياء البحرية بحيث تحقق السلامة والأمان لمرتادي الحديقة، وتراعى فيها المواصفات والمقاييس من حيث المساحة المناسبة لنوع وعدد الأحياء المائية ونوعية المواد المستخدمة في إنشاء هذه الحواجز، احتياجات الأحياء داخل الحاجز وشروط السلامة العامة (أنظر الجدول).

2. تطهير الأحواض بشكل أسبوعي وعند الحاجة واستخدام مطهرات فعالة وآمنة، كما يجب الإحتفاظ بالبطاقات التعريفية للمواد المستخدمة.
3. يحظر استخدام المطهرات التي تحتوي على مشتقات الخشب والفحم والغاز مثل (الفينول - الكريزول - والكلوروزايلينول - زيت الصنوبر) لكونها مواد سامة.
4. الإلتزام بضبط جودة ماء الأحواض الخاصة بأسماك الزينة والموضحة بالجدول التالي:

5. تجهيز الأحواض المائية بكافة المستلزمات اللازمة لتأمين البيئة الملائمة لحياة الأحياء المائية كالأكسجين ودرجة الحرارة وتسهيل عملية التكاثر.
6. تصميم الحظائر والسياج بشكل يضمن عدم تكون سبخات مياه أو وحل في المناطق المغطاة بالرمال أو الأرضيات المانعة للرطوبة.
7. تخصيص أحواض لعزل الأسماك المريضة ويتم العلاج في هذه الأحواض التي يتم تعقيمها وتطهيرها بشكل دائم.

حديقة طيور

وصف النشاط: تشمل الحدائق المجهزة بتجهيزات خاصة لتربية وإعاشة الطيور بجميع سلالاتها وأنواعها مقابل جذب الناس لمشاهدة مختلف تلك الطيور مقابل رسوم من الزوار.

الشروط التخصصية:

توفير الأسيجة أو الحواجز والأحواض المائية المناسبة لحجز وإيواء الأحياء البحرية بحيث تحقق السلامة والأمان لمرتادي الحديقة، وتراعى فيها المواصفات والمقاييس من حيث المساحة المناسبة لنوع وعدد الأحياء المائية ونوعية المواد المستخدمة في إنشاء هذه الحواجز، احتياجات الأحياء داخل الحاجز وشروط السلامة العامة (أنظر الجدول).

الطيور

حديقة فراشات

رقم النشاط: 9103006

وصف النشاط: هي الحدائق التي تضم مختلف أنواع النباتات والزهور، حيث يتم إطلاق الفراشات الحية من كافة الأشكال والألوان والأحجام ليتسنّى للزائرين التجول في المكان والإستمتاع بالفراشات التي تطير حولهم والتعرف عليها عن قرب، كما تضم الحديقة متحف للفراشات يعرض ويقدم المعلومات حول مختلف أنواع الفراشات من مختلف أنحاء العالم.

الشروط التخصصية:

1. يبعد الموقع 5 كيلومتر عن أماكن التجمعات السكنية ويتواجد بالقرب منه طرق موصلة له.
2. لا يقل بعد الحديقة عن الشوارع الرئيسية والمكتظة وكذلك عن المصانع التي تلوث البيئية بمسافة عن 1000 متر.
3. يجب أن تبعد الحديقة عن المزارع المعالجة بالأدوية ومضادة الحشرات والأعشاب الضارّة بما لا يقل عن 1000 متر.
4. تخصيص مساحة 6 متر مربع للشخص الواحد تحت القبة المربى فيها الفراشات و15 متر مربع للشخص الواحد في الملحقات الإضافية للحديقة.
5. الحديقة تخضع للإشراف الصحي مع وجود أخصائي حشرات مرخص من جهة رسمية معتمدة.
6. قبب الحجرات المبنية لوضع الفراشات مصنوعة من مادة نفاذة لأشعة الشمس، والمحافظة على درجة حرارة ورطوبة مناسبة لتربية الحشرات.
7. وضع تربة مناسبة لزرع النباتات والورود المختلفة والمناسبة للفراشات.
8. تصميم بحيرة طينية مناسبة داخل الحجرات مع وجود بعض الصخور.
9. وضع النباتات المناسبة في الحجرات بحيث تتغذى عليها الفراشات وتضع بيوضها فيها للإكثار.

تأجير الخيول والجمال للنزهة

رقم النشاط: 9321008

وصف النشاط: هي المنشآت الترفيهية المتخصصة أو الأفراد المؤهلين الذين يقومون على تأجير الخيول والجمال للنزهة في الأماكن المخصصة لذلك وبمواصفات محددة تتناسب مع إستعمال تلك الحيوانات ولا يشمل هذا النشاط نقل الركاب بتلك الوسائل المذكورة.

الشروط التخصصية:

1. يتم ممارسة هذا النشاط التجاري في الحدائق والمنتزهات وأماكن الفعاليات والتجمعات.
2. توفير مزرعة مناسبة لإيواء الخيول والجمال مع توفير حظائر إيواء لهذه الحيوانات.
3. العامل الذي يقدم هذه الخدمة إلى الأفراد، مدرب ومؤهل للتعامل مع الخيول والجمال ولديه الخبرة الكافية بطريقة السيطرة والتحكم بالحيوانات.
4. الخيول والجمال المعدة لركوب الأفراد خالية من أي إصابات مرضية أو جلدية.
5. جميع الخيول والجمال المعدة لركوب الأفراد يجب أن يتم عرضها على عيادة بيطرية معتمدة من قبل جهات الإختصاص سنوياً، ويجب الإحتفاظ بالشهادة الصحية وتقديمها لمفتش البلدية عند الطلب.
6. تخصيص مكان مظلل لوقوف الخيول والجمال، ويمنع تعرض هذه الحيوانات لأشعة الشمس المباشرة.
7. توفير مياه شرب في مكان وقوف الحيوانات المعدة للركوب مع ضرورة أن تكون المياه نقية وصالحة للشرب.
8. توفير معلف في أماكن وقوف الحيوانات المعدة للركوب على أن يتم تقديم وجبة واحدة للحيوانات يومياً.
9. جميع السروج على الخيول والجمال المعدة لنقل الأفراد متينة ومثبتة بإحكام، ومصنوعة من مواد جلدية، ويراعى فيها شروط السلامة.

10. يجب إزالة فضلات الحيوانات المعدة للركوب بواسطة أكياس مناسبة مباشرة، ورمي هذه الأكياس في الأماكن المخصصة لذلك.

11. مراعاة نظافة جميع الحيوانات بشكل مستمر ونظافة السروج التي يجلس عليها الأفراد ونظافة حبال التحكم، مع ضرورة مسح السروج بمادة مطهرة (Sanitizer) بعد كل ركوب من قبل الأفراد.

12. يمنع تقديم هذه الخدمة إلى الأفراد الذين يشتبه بإصابتهم بأي مرض ظاهر عليهم.

13. في حال تقديم هذه الخدمة إلى الأطفال فيجب توقيع إقرار خطي من ولي أمر الطفل، ويمنع ركوب الأطفال على الخيول والجمال بدون توقيع هذا الإقرار أو مرافقة ولي الأمر.

12. تجهيز غرف مبيت الحيوانات بالأقفاص المناسبة والتي تحقق راحة وسلامة الحيوان، مع مراعاة تجهيزها بمصارف لمياه التنظيف.

13. تخصيص حمامات مجهزة لتنظيف الحيوانات مزودة بخطي ماء بارد وساخن.

Specialized Conditions:

1. Designate a reception area, a sorting, receiving, and delivery area, and a textile washing area.
2. Provide a laundry room with ceramic-tiled walls, and a sufficient number of carts made of non-absorbent materials for water or moisture, with wheels to transport washed clothes to the dryer and to the sorting area after completion.
3. Provide one sink connected to the local water service provider for initial removal of tough stains from clothes, and for treating clothes with stains and dirt using specialized chemicals for this purpose.
4. Provide a rack for hanging textiles after treatment.
5. Provide at least one washing machine and one dryer, connected to the sewage network. Manual washing is prohibited.
6. Place washing machines and dryers on a non-absorbent base for moisture and water, 10 cm high from the ground. The space around all machines used for washing must be at least 30 cm.

General Health Conditions for Repair and Maintenance Workshops:

1. Complete separation of the air conditioning system inside the workshop, so that the air circulation inside the workshop is separate from any adjacent shops or entities, in a way that allows air to be expelled outside the establishment to prevent the mixing of vapors emitted from the workshop with the air conditioning of neighboring shops or the building.
2. Commercial activity must be conducted inside the establishment, and it is prohibited to carry out commercial activities in external yards and on sidewalks to avoid pollution in these areas and their becoming dirty with maintenance waste.
3. Workshop floors must be made of cement, epoxy, or any other similar material without any cracks, pores, or clear joints that could be a place for dust and dirt to accumulate.
4. Metal or wooden ramps used for vehicles to enter the establishment must be removable at the end of the workday to be cleaned underneath, and not fixed to prevent the accumulation of dirt and dust underneath and to avoid damaging the sidewalks.
5. Provide all safety and protection requirements for workers (gloves, head coverings, masks, protective shoes, etc.) and store them in a cabinet or storage room designated only for this equipment and tools.
6. Do not dispose of oils, grease, and non-organic waste in the sewage drains. They must be stored in suitable containers to be disposed of through specialized waste facilities that collect this non-organic waste.
7. Adhere to the conditions for the gas cylinder storage unit, avoiding placing them in front of the public street and on the sidewalk, but rather placing the gas cylinder storage between buildings to ensure they are hidden, according to the approval of the competent department in the concerned municipality.
8. Maintain general cleanliness in the place of business, in addition to the personal hygiene of the workers and the external cleanliness of the establishment for a distance of 5 meters.
9. Maintain the operating manuals of the equipment used inside the commercial establishment and present them to the municipality inspector upon request.

General Health Conditions for Amusement and Game Halls:

1. Provide all safety and security tools, equipment, and clothing in all establishments that offer rental, amusement, and entertainment services for workers and individuals receiving the service.
2. A protective helmet must be used, with the mandatory use of a single-use head cover for each customer before wearing the helmet.
3. It is forbidden to rent any products if they are dirty or unclean. All necessary measures must be taken to ensure that products are rented in a clean condition to prevent the transmission of any organisms, microorganisms, or any contamination to individuals through these materials.
4. Take all measures to disinfect the products before renting them, in a manner appropriate to the nature of these products.
5. Ensure that all products offered for rent are clean and fit for use, taking into account the general appearance, smell, and safety of the product.
6. Ensure that children's furniture and toys are free from any danger that could cause injury to children (small parts / sharp edges / etc.).
7. Store all products and tools designated for rent in places suitable for their nature to ensure they do not get dirty or accumulate dust.
8. Clean all children's toys inside amusement halls designated for children continuously to ensure all toys remain clean and free from any accumulation of dirt.
9. Disinfect all children's toys (seats, handles, safety belts, game buttons, etc.) and all areas that are in direct contact with children's hands at the beginning and end of the workday, using effective disinfectants or as needed.
10. Ensure that children's toys are made of materials that comply with the conditions and standards, based on the approval of the competent authorities.
11. Display the certificate of conformity issued by the competent authority for all amusement games at the entrance of the game hall.
12. It is forbidden to provide service to any child inside the amusement halls if they are suspected of having any illness.
13. A written declaration must be signed by the child's guardian for games that require physical effort such as (climbing games, jumping games, skating games, etc.).
14. Children under 6 years old are not allowed to enter public or shared children's play areas unless accompanied by a guardian or an adult companion.
15. The child's guardian or companion is allowed to accompany only (2) children in public or shared children's play areas.
16. A temporary bracelet made of plastic or a suitable material must be placed on the child's wrist, bearing the child's name and the guardian's phone number, with the necessity of recording this data in the establishment's records.
17. In public or shared children's play areas, shoes must be removed and non-slip socks must be worn.

Method for periodically cleaning toys:

18. Use the traditional wiping method with a cloth dampened with soap and water to wipe and clean children's toys and remove accumulated or present dust and dirt. The cleaning process is done before the disinfection of children's toys.

Method for disinfecting children's toys at the beginning and end of the workday or as needed:

19. Use a disinfectant such as (70% ethyl alcohol) or use dedicated disinfectants, with the necessity of adhering to the usage instructions written on the label on the disinfectant container.
20. The disinfection method is either by wiping or spraying all contact areas with users such as (handles, seats, control sticks, belts, buttons, etc.) and leaving the disinfectant for at least 30 minutes before wiping it off.
21. If a child is injured, vomits, or suffers any kind of injury inside the play area, the contaminated area must be closed off, cleaned, and washed with soap and water, then disinfected using ethyl alcohol disinfectant or any other disinfectant, following the instructions for use.
22. Maintain a special log for children's injuries, recording the type of injury, date, and the action taken regarding the injury, and all other necessary data such as (name of the injured, age, guardian's phone number, etc.), with the necessity of presenting these records to the municipality inspector upon request.
23. Maintain a special log for all cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization procedures that are carried out periodically and continuously on all games and facilities in the amusement and game halls.

Fifth: Public Water Cleaning, Disinfection, and Sterilization Activities

Health Conditions for Public Water Cleaning, Disinfection, and Sterilization Activities:

1. Provide a qualified workforce to carry out the required operation and maintenance tasks, and all workers must obtain a certificate of conformity from the competent authority according to the type of profession of each worker.
2. All workers must be examined (occupational health examination) and obtain a valid medical fitness certificate from the competent authority before starting the commercial activity, and it must be renewed annually.
3. If the establishment provides other services such as (sewage tanks, storage tanks for chemical or hazardous materials, paints, petroleum derivatives, etc., or any other commercial activities), all necessary measures must be taken for the complete separation of all tools, equipment, and devices for cleaning and operating drinking water, swimming pools, and public drinking water coolers from other works.
4. Do not use the workforce and workers from other fields in the activities of cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing public water.
5. Develop a detailed emergency plan, clarifying all the establishment's procedures in case any contamination occurs, from the beginning of shutting down the facility (swimming pool, drinking water tank, drinking water cooler) to restarting the facility and taking samples for laboratory analysis, with the necessity of providing a contact phone number.
6. Commit to keeping all required operating records as follows:

   Swimming Pool Operation Services	The guidance manual for Executive Regulation No. 2 of 2018 regarding swimming pools, issued by Decision No. 3 of 2018.
   Drinking Water Tank Cleaning and Disinfection Services	Administrative Decision No. 26 of 2018 regarding the public health and safety of private drinking water tanks, and the guide to the code of practice for inspecting and cleaning private drinking water tanks for consumers, or any legislation issued in this regard.
   Installation and Operation Services for Public Drinking Water Coolers	Administrative Decision No. 139 of 2018 regarding the health and safety of drinking water coolers, or any legislation issued in this regard.

7. Register in the digital systems prepared by the municipalities as stipulated in this regard.

Sixth: Establishments Subject to Veterinary Health Supervision

General Health Conditions for Commercial Establishments Subject to Veterinary Supervision

The Establishment and its Equipment:

1. The establishment is a ground-floor shop, in a shopping center, or on a farm, ensuring that the entrance to the establishment is separate.
2. The retail sale of livestock is limited to the barns located within the livestock markets of the municipalities only.
3. Complete separation of the air conditioning system within the establishment so that the air circulation is separate from any adjacent establishments or entities.
4. Provide a water drainage opening within the establishment, and all corners where walls meet should be curved to facilitate cleaning with water and to prevent the accumulation of dirt and dust.
5. Place fine metal mesh on all windows and ventilation openings to prevent the entry of insects.
6. Provide all tools and equipment for controlling and handling animals according to the nature of each commercial activity.

7. Provide waste containers with foot-operated lids, and continuously place plastic bags inside the container.
8. Pest and rodent control is mandatory by contracting with a pest control company approved by the relevant authority.
9. Install electric insect killers appropriate for the size of the facility and of good quality.
10. Provide hand sanitizer at the facility's entrance and provide antibacterial liquid soap and paper towels inside the facility.
11. Provide a suitable hand washing sink with hot and cold water, along with a ceramic floor basin for washing cages, separate from animal display areas by a suitable non-absorbent, moisture-proof partition.
12. Provide a water heater inside the facility to supply hot water for cleaning.
13. Place a sign at the entrance of the facility prohibiting the sale of animals to persons under eighteen years of age, and prohibiting smoking inside the facility.
14. Keep records and purchase invoices for the animals in the facility, and present them to the municipality inspector upon request.
15. Secure a feed warehouse that meets health requirements. Storage on the floor is prohibited; PLASTIC PALLETS must be used and kept 20 cm away from the walls.
16. For breeding activities, the breeding location (farm) must be at least 1000 meters away from the nearest residential complex.

Animal Housing Areas:

17. All cages or areas designated for displaying animals must be suitable for the type of animal, made of materials approved by the relevant authorities, and free of protrusions and edges that could cause harm or injury to the animals.
18. Place food and water containers inside the cages in a location easily accessible to the animal and elevated from the floor.
19. Designate a separate cage or area, away from other animal display areas, to isolate sick or suspected sick animals, with a sign indicating they are not for sale.
20. Place suitable bedding on the base of cages or designated animal display areas. The use of paper, cardboard, magazine pages, or newspapers is prohibited.
21. Provide clean drinking water continuously in all animal cages.
22. Adhere to and comply with all animal welfare laws and regulations issued by the competent authorities.

Animal Transportation:

23. All means of transport designated for transporting and distributing animals must meet all conditions and standards for animal transport to and from the warehouse, distribution centers, or points of sale.
24. Animal transport vehicles must be well-ventilated, have adequate space, and have floors and sides free of cracks and metal protrusions like nails to avoid injuring animals during transport.
25. Avoid placing large numbers of animals that do not match the vehicle's capacity to prevent stress factors during transport.
26. Do not transport different species of animals in the same vehicles; species must be separated.
27. Isolate sick animals during the journey and remove deceased animals at the first stop.
28. Provide appropriate food and water during the animal transport process without exposing them to harm or injury from external factors.
29. Use appropriate equipment and tools to avoid causing damage, injury, or death to animals during transport.
30. Do not place feed on the floor of live animal transport vehicles; it should be placed in a designated and compliant area.
31. When transporting animals in the summer, a protective cover should be placed over the area designated for transporting sheep, and the sides of the transport vehicle should not be closed to avoid high temperatures during transport and to ensure proper ventilation.
32. Do not transport harmful and hazardous materials (such as gas cylinders, chemical substances, etc.) in animal transport vehicles.

Management Tasks in the Facility:

33. Report notifiable diseases, as specified by current legislation, to the competent department in the concerned municipality.
34. Isolate sick animals in a special shelter for treatment.
35. Provide instructional guidelines explaining animal care requirements at the point of sale or trade.
36. Provide personal protective and safety equipment such as protective clothing for workers and first aid for those present in the facility.
37. Take all measures for animal welfare during handling, trading, or transport, and work to provide all means of care and shelter.

Prohibitions and Restrictions:

38. The use of cages made of wood or moisture- and water-absorbent materials is prohibited.

43. The production of milk or its derivatives is prohibited, and breeding or reproduction is not allowed inside livestock sale pens.

45. Comply with the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). The sale of species that violate the agreement is not permitted.

2. The farm must be located 5 km away from the nearest residential area.
3. A minimum area of 70 x 70 cm must be allocated for each falcon.
4. Provide a sandy area for placing the perch or stand, which must be padded with cloth or tartan.
5. It is necessary to keep the required records regarding the sources of falcon supply.
6. Adherence to hooding the falcon, tying its leg, and securing it to the perch or stand.
7. Equip the facility with the necessary devices for egg incubation and hatching.

6. The domes of the chambers built to house the butterflies are made of a material permeable to sunlight, and maintain a suitable temperature and humidity for insect breeding.
7. Place suitable soil for planting various plants and flowers suitable for butterflies.
8. Design a suitable mud pond inside the chambers with some rocks.
9. Place suitable plants in the chambers for the butterflies to feed on and lay their eggs for reproduction.

Renting Horses and Camels for Excursions

Activity Number: 9321008

Activity Description: These are recreational establishments or qualified individuals who rent out horses and camels for excursions in designated areas with specific standards suitable for the use of these animals. This activity does not include passenger transport by the mentioned means.

Specialized Conditions:

1. This commercial activity is practiced in parks, resorts, and at events and gatherings.
2. Provide a suitable farm for housing horses and camels with shelters for these animals.
3. The worker providing this service to individuals must be trained and qualified to handle horses and camels and have sufficient experience in controlling and managing the animals.
4. The horses and camels intended for riding by individuals must be free of any disease or skin injuries.
5. All horses and camels intended for riding by individuals must be presented to an accredited veterinary clinic approved by the competent authorities annually. The health certificate must be kept and presented to the municipality inspector upon request.
6. Provide a shaded area for the horses and camels to stand, and these animals must not be exposed to direct sunlight.
7. Provide drinking water in the standing area for the animals intended for riding, ensuring the water is clean and potable.
8. Provide a manger in the standing areas for the animals intended for riding, with one meal provided to the animals daily.
9. All saddles on the horses and camels intended for carrying individuals must be sturdy, securely fastened, made of leather materials, and adhere to safety conditions.

10. Waste from riding animals must be removed immediately using suitable bags, and these bags must be disposed of in designated areas.

11. The cleanliness of all animals, saddles used by individuals, and control ropes must be continuously maintained. Saddles must be wiped with a disinfectant (Sanitizer) after each ride.

12. This service is prohibited for individuals suspected of having any visible illness.

13. If this service is provided to children, a written consent form from the child's guardian must be signed. Children are not allowed to ride horses and camels without this signed consent or the accompaniment of a guardian.

12. Equipping animal sleeping rooms with suitable cages that ensure the animal's comfort and safety, taking into account equipping them with drains for cleaning water.

13. Allocating equipped bathrooms for cleaning animals, supplied with both hot and cold water lines.
