بشأن ملحق تعديل التعميم رقم (744) لسنة 2021
بشأن استخدام منتجات مصنع حديد الإمارات
إلى كافة المعنيين في البلديات:
- وبناء على ما تقتضيه مصلحة العمل،
أصدرنا التعميم الآتي:
المادة (1)
تُستبدل المادة رقم (1) من التعميم رقم (744) لسنة 2021 المشار إليه أعلاه، ليكون نصها على النحو الآتي:
على البلديات عدم اصدار أية رخصة بناء لأي مشروع في الإمارة دون استخدام منتجات مصانع الحديد المرخصة في إمارة أبوظبي
المادة (2)
تُستبدل المادة رقم (2) من التعميم رقم (744) لسنة 2021 المشار إليه أعلاه، ليكون نصها على النحو الآتي:-
على الإدارات المختصة في البلديات الالتزام باستخدام منتجات مصانع الحديد المرخصة في إمارة أبوظبي بكافة الأعمال الإنشائية (حديد التسليح المستخدم في أعمال الخرسانة المسلحة) وذلك وفقا للآتي:-
- الاشتراط على المكاتب الاستشارية إدراج توصيف مصانع الحديد المرخصة في إمارة أبو ظبي بكافة الأعمال الإنشائية عند التقدم للحصول على رخصة بناء
- التأكد أثناء القيام بأعمال التفتيش الفني الموقعي على الأعمال الإنشائية من وجود إشعار مواد و فاتورة شراء معتمدين من مقاول المشروع واستشاري الإشراف، لإثبات مطابقة المواد المستخدمة في موقع الأعمال موضوع الترخيص وفق ما ورد في المادة رقم (1)، بحيث لا يتم اعتماد أيا من هذه الأعمال في حال عدم توفر الإشعار المذكور أعلاه.
- مخاطبة جميع المكاتب الاستشارية والمقاولين وكافة المعنيين نحو الالتزام بما ورد أعلاه.
المادة (3)
يسري هذا التعميم على كافة المشاريع الإنشائية في الإمارة باستثناء المشاريع التي صدر لها ترخيص بناء ساري، ويُلغى كل ما يخالفه ويعمم على كافة الجهات المعنية، وذلك للعمل بموجبه كل فيما يخصه.
المادة (4)
يُنشر هذا التعميم في الجريدة الرسمية ويُعمل به من تاريخ نشره.

Circular No. (1) for the year 2022
Regarding the Amendment Addendum to Circular No. (744) of 2021
Regarding the Use of Products from the Emirates Steel Factory
To all concerned parties in the municipalities:
- Based on the requirements of the work interest,
We have issued the following circular:
Article (1)
Article No. (1) of Circular No. (744) of 2021, referred to above, shall be replaced with the following text:
Municipalities shall not issue any building permit for any project in the Emirate without using the products of licensed steel factories in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Article (2)
Article No. (2) of Circular No. (744) of 2021, referred to above, shall be replaced with the following text:-
The competent departments in the municipalities must commit to using the products of licensed steel factories in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi for all construction works (reinforcing steel used in reinforced concrete works), in accordance with the following:-
- Requiring consulting offices to include the specification of licensed steel factories in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in all construction works when applying for a building permit.
- Verifying during on-site technical inspections of construction works the existence of a material notice and a purchase invoice approved by the project contractor and the supervision consultant, to prove the conformity of the materials used at the work site subject to the license in accordance with what is stated in Article No. (1), such that none of these works will be approved in the absence of the aforementioned notice.
- Notifying all consulting offices, contractors, and all concerned parties to adhere to the above.
Article (3)
This circular applies to all construction projects in the Emirate, with the exception of projects for which a valid building permit has been issued. Anything that contradicts it is canceled, and it shall be circulated to all concerned authorities to act upon it, each within its own jurisdiction.
Article (4)
This circular shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect from the date of its publication.
