بشأن اعتماد قائمة شركات الفحص الفني

(طرف ثالث)

حرصا من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي لضمان تعزيز إجراءات البيئة والصحة والسلامة في المواقع الإنشائية، يرجى من جميع المطورين والاستشاريين والمقاولين وشركات الفحص الفني الالتزام بالآتي:

• العمل على فحص جميع المعدات التي تتطلب فحص من قبل طرف ثالث من قبل قائمة الشركات المحدثة.
• إعطاء مهلة 3 أشهر بدءا من 15 مارس 2021 إلى 15 يونيو 2021 لجميع المقاولين والاستشاريين لتحديث شهادات اعتماد شركات الفحص الفني من قبل طرف ثالث حسب القائمة المعتمدة.
• سيتم البدء بتنفيذ حملة بعد المهلة المحددة لضمان التأكد من التزام جميع المقاولين والاستشاريين بالتعميم أعلاه، وسيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة مع الشركات غير الملتزمة وكذلك شركات الفحص الفني التي تصدر شهادات دون اعتمادها من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي.
• تستمر إدارة البيئة والصحة والسلامة ببلدية مدينة أبوظبي بالعمل على تحديث قائمة شركات الفحص الفني وسيتم نشر القائمة ووضعها في الموقع الرسمي لبلدية مدينة أبوظبي.

• على شركات الفحص الفني الراغبة باعتمادها وإضافتها في القائمة المعتمدة تقديم التالي:

1. الرخصة التجارية.
2. الاعتماد من قبل (Emirates National Accreditation System) النظام الوطني للاعتماد.
3. إرسال المستندات إلى Hse@adm.gov.ae

وسيتم عمل التفتيش اللازم وتقديم الدعم لضمان اعتماد الشركة وإضافتها إلى القائمة المعتمدة.

Regarding the Accreditation of the Technical Inspection Companies List

(Third Party)

In the interest of Abu Dhabi City Municipality to ensure the enhancement of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures at construction sites, all developers, consultants, contractors, and technical inspection companies are requested to adhere to the following:

• Ensure all equipment requiring third-party inspection is inspected by the companies on the updated list.
• A grace period of 3 months, from March 15, 2021, to June 15, 2021, is granted to all contractors and consultants to update their third-party technical inspection company accreditation certificates according to the approved list.
• An inspection campaign will be launched after the specified grace period to ensure the compliance of all contractors and consultants with the above circular. Necessary legal actions will be taken against non-compliant companies, as well as technical inspection companies that issue certificates without being accredited by Abu Dhabi City Municipality.
• The Environment, Health, and Safety Department at Abu Dhabi City Municipality will continue to update the list of technical inspection companies. The list will be published and made available on the official website of Abu Dhabi City Municipality.

• Technical inspection companies wishing to be accredited and added to the approved list must submit the following:

1. Commercial License.
2. Accreditation from the Emirates National Accreditation System (ENAS).
3. Send the documents to Hse@adm.gov.ae

The necessary inspection will be conducted and support will be provided to ensure the company's accreditation and addition to the approved list.
