بشأن السماح للشركات المساحية الحاصلة على الترخيص المساحي فئة [ب]

بممارسة الأعمال المساحية المتعلقة بالتطوير العقاري

إلى كافة المعنيين في البلديات:

بناءً على القرار الإداري رقم (119) لسنة 2017 بشأن اللائحة التنفيذية لتنظيم الأعمال المساحية في إمارة أبوظبي، وعلى ما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة.

أصدرنا التعميم الآتي:

المادة (1)

يُسمح للمكاتب والشركات المساحية المقيدة والحاصلة على الترخيص المساحي من الفئة (ب) بممارسة الأعمال المساحية المتعلقة بالتطوير العقاري المصرح بها للشركات المساحية من الفئة (أ)، وذلك حسب المتطلبات التفصيلية لقيد المكاتب والشركات المساحية الواردة في المادة رقم (5) (ثانيًا) من القرار المشار إليه أعلاه.

المادة (2)

يُنفذ هذا التعميم اعتبارًا من تاريخ صدوره، ويُعمم على كافة الجهات المعنية، وذلك للعمل بموجبه كل فيما يخصه.

Regarding Permitting Surveying Companies Holding a Category [B] Surveying License

to Practice Surveying Works Related to Real Estate Development

To all concerned parties in the municipalities:

Based on Administrative Decision No. (119) of 2017 concerning the executive regulations for organizing surveying works in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and as required by the public interest.

We have issued the following circular:

Article (1)

Registered surveying offices and companies holding a Category (B) surveying license are permitted to practice surveying works related to real estate development, which are authorized for Category (A) surveying companies, in accordance with the detailed requirements for the registration of surveying offices and companies as stated in Article No. (5) (Second) of the aforementioned decision.

Article (2)

This circular shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be circulated to all concerned authorities to act upon accordingly, each within its jurisdiction.
