بشأن الغرامات المالية للمخالفات المتعلقة بالنقليات

1. الموافقة على تطبيق الغرامات المالية للمخالفات المتعلقة بالنقليات كما يلي:

2. على أن يتم في جميع حالات التحميل والتجريف المشار إليها في الجدول أعلاه قيام الشركات أو الأفراد بإعادة موقع التحميل أو التجريف إلى حالته قبل القيام بتلك الأعمال، ويتم تحميل الشركات أو الأفراد كافة التكاليف خصمًا من كفالاتهم أو مستحقاتهم لدى الحكومة في حال عدم القيام بذلك.

2. In all cases of loading and dredging referred to in the table above, companies or individuals must restore the loading or dredging site to its original condition before these activities were undertaken. Companies or individuals will be charged all costs, deducted from their guarantees or dues with the government, if they fail to do so.
