سياسة الأنظمة الإدارية للجودة المتكاملة
في إطار حرص بلدية مدينة ابوظبي على تطبيق أفضل الممارسات المحلية والعالمية والسعي للوصول لأفضل النتائج التي تحقق الريادة في تقديم الخدمات وتوفير البنية التحتية وفق اعلى المعايير، تبنت الإدارة العليا تطبيق متطلبات الأنظمة الإدارية المتكاملة من خلال توفير الموارد اللازمة وتطبيق التشريعات والقوانين واللوائح التنفيذية ذات الصلة ومواءمة اهداف الأنظمة الإدارية لدعم تحقيق الرؤية والرسالة والأهداف الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية.
وعليه نلتزم في بلدية مدينة ابوظبي بالعمل نحو تحقيق التالي:
- الارتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة للوصول لمستوى الريادة محليا وعالميا من خلال إدارة العلاقات مع الشركاء بكفاءة لرفع نسبة سعادة المتعاملين والمجتمع.
- تمكين الوحدات التنظيمية من تحديد ومعالجة المخاطر المحتملة بالإضافة إلى مواصلة أنشطتها الحيوية في حالات الطوارئ والأزمات والكوارث لاستمرارية تقديم الخدمات.
- المحافظة على صحة وسلامة العاملين والمتعاملين وتوفير بيئة عمل تلبي أفضل معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية وتعزز صحة العاملين والمتعاملين بما يضمن تقليل الحوادث الخطيرة.
- الحد من التأثيرات السلبية على البيئة من خلال خفض نسبة التلوث البيئي وترشيد استهلاك الطاقة وضمان السلامة في جميع أنشطة البلدية.
- إدارة أصول البنية التحتية ومرافقها بكفاءة وتعزيز قيمتها وكفاءتها التشغيلية وصيانتها والمحافظة على أمنها وسلامتها واستدامتها.
- تصميم وبناء شبكات طرق آمنة تعزز السلامة المرورية لمستخدمي الطرق ولأفراد المجتمع.
- توفير جميع السبل والموارد لدعم الابداع والابتكار لتقديم خدمات رائدة وتوفير بيئة محفزة للموظفين والشركاء والمجتمع للمشاركة في تقديم الأفكار وتبادل المعرفة.
- تبني مبادئ وارشادات معايير المسؤولية المجتمعية في تنفيذ الأنشطة والخدمات وتطبيق معايير الاستدامة في إدارة الفعاليات للارتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع.
- الحفاظ على أمن المعلومات وتطبيق اعلى معايير الحماية لخصوصية المعلومات في البلدية بما فيها بيانات الموظفين والمتعاملين والشركاء.
- إدارة الأصول والمرافق والمباني والمركبات التابعة للبلدية بكفاءة وصيانتها والمحافظة على أمنها وسلامتها واستدامتها.

In its commitment to applying the best local and international practices and striving to achieve the best results for leadership in service delivery and infrastructure provision according to the highest standards, the senior management of Abu Dhabi City Municipality has adopted the implementation of the requirements of integrated management systems. This is achieved by providing the necessary resources, applying relevant legislation, laws, and executive regulations, and aligning the objectives of the management systems to support the achievement of the vision, mission, and strategic and operational goals.
Therefore, we at Abu Dhabi City Municipality are committed to working towards achieving the following:
- Enhancing the services provided to reach a level of leadership locally and globally by efficiently managing relationships with partners to increase the satisfaction of customers and the community.
- Enabling organizational units to identify and address potential risks, in addition to continuing their vital activities during emergencies, crises, and disasters to ensure service continuity.
- Maintaining the health and safety of employees and customers and providing a work environment that meets the best occupational safety and health standards, and enhances the health of employees and customers to ensure the reduction of serious accidents.
- Reducing negative impacts on the environment by lowering the rate of environmental pollution, rationalizing energy consumption, and ensuring safety in all municipal activities.
- Efficiently managing infrastructure assets and their facilities, enhancing their value and operational efficiency, maintaining them, and preserving their security, safety, and sustainability.
- Designing and building safe road networks that enhance traffic safety for road users and community members.
- Providing all means and resources to support creativity and innovation to deliver leading services and create a stimulating environment for employees, partners, and the community to participate in presenting ideas and exchanging knowledge.
- Adopting the principles and guidelines of social responsibility standards in implementing activities and services, and applying sustainability standards in event management to enhance the services provided to the community.
