قرار إداري رقم (56) لسنة 2024
بشأن خرائط السلامة البحرية
رئيس دائرة البلديات والنقل
بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بشأن إعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي وتعديلاته،
- - وعلى القانون رقم (16) لسنة 2005 بشأن إعادة تنظيم هيئة البيئة وتعديلاته،
- - وعلى القانون رقم (19) لسنة 2006 بشأن إنشاء مركز تنظيم النقل بسيارات الأجرة بإمارة أبوظبي وتعديلاته،
- - وعلى القانون رقم (30) لسنة 2019 بشأن إنشاء دائرة البلديات والنقل،
- - وعلى القرار رقم (36) لسنة 2021 بشأن السرعات البحرية وتحديد مناطق الاستخدام بالممرات المائية في إمارة أبوظبي،
- - وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (11) لسنة 2023 بشأن إعادة تشكيل المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة أبوظبي،
- - وعلى قرار رئيس المجلس التنفيذي رقم (21) لسنة 2018 بشأن اختصاصات إضافية لدائرة النقل،
- - وبناء على ما تقتضيه مصلحة العمل،
تقرر ما يلي:
المادة (1)
1- تُعتمد التحديثات والتعديلات على خرائط السلامة البحرية المرفقة بهذا القرار، والتي تشمل:
- حدود السرعات.
- الخطوط الملاحية ومناطق العبور.
- مناطق الحظر والأنشطة البحرية والرسو.
- مفاتيح الخريطة والتعليمات العامة.
2- يقوم مركز النقل المتكامل بنشر الخرائط وتحديثها / تعديلها بالوسائل التي يراها مناسباً لتحقيق الغرض منها.
المادة (2)
يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره.

Regarding Maritime Safety Maps
Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport
Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the reorganization of the governmental apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amendments,
- - And Law No. (16) of 2005 regarding the reorganization of the Environment Agency, and its amendments,
- - And Law No. (19) of 2006 regarding the establishment of the Taxi Transport Regulation Center in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amendments,
- - And Law No. (30) of 2019 regarding the establishment of the Department of Municipalities and Transport,
- - And Decision No. (36) of 2021 regarding maritime speeds and the designation of usage zones in the waterways of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
- - And Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2023 regarding the reformation of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
- - And the decision of the Chairman of the Executive Council No. (21) of 2018 regarding additional competencies for the Department of Transport,
- - And based on the requirements of the public interest,
It is decided as follows:
Article (1)
1- The updates and amendments to the maritime safety maps attached to this decision are hereby approved, which include:
- Speed limits.
- Navigation channels and transit areas.
- Prohibited areas, maritime activities, and anchoring.
- Map keys and general instructions.
2- The Integrated Transport Centre shall publish, update, and/or amend the maps through the means it deems appropriate to achieve their purpose.
Article (2)
This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect from the date of its publication.
