قرار إداري رقم (113) لسنة 2022
بشأن تعديل بعض أحكام القرار رقم (45) لسنة 2019
بشأن التعرفة المرورية في إمارة أبو ظبي
رئيس دائرة البلديات والنقل:
- بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبو ظبي وتعديلاته،
- وعلى القانون رقم (19) لسنة 2006 في شأن تنظيم النقل بسيارات الأجرة بإمارة أبو ظبي وتعديلاته،
- وعلى القانون رقم (17) لسنة 2017 بشأن التعرفة المرورية في إمارة أبو ظبي ولائحته التنفيذية،
- وعلى القانون رقم (30) لسنة 2019 بشأن إنشاء دائرة البلديات والنقل،
- وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (1) لسنة 2019 في شأن إعادة تشكيل المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة أبو ظبي وتعديلاته،
- وعلى قرار المجلس التنفيذي رقم (72) لسنة 2022 بشأن تغيير أيام تطبيق تعرفة نظامي درب ومواقف،
- وعلى قرار المجلس التنفيذي رقم (75) لسنة 2022 بشأن الإعفاء من رسوم مواقف وبوابات التعرفة المرورية،
- وعلى القرار الإداري رقم (45) لسنة 2019 بتعديل بعض أحكام اللائحة التنفيذية رقم (22) لسنة 2019 بشأن التعرفة المرورية في إمارة أبو ظبي،
- وبناءً على ما عرض على المجلس التنفيذي، وموافقة المجلس عليه،
تقرر ما يلي:
المادة (1)
يُستبدل نص البند رقم (1) في الجدول رقم (2) أوقات تطبيق التعرفة المرورية من القرار رقم (22) لسنة 2019 المشار إليه، على النحو الآتي:
- الفترة الصباحية من الاثنين إلى السبت من الساعة 7 صباحًا إلى الساعة 9 صباحًا باستثناء أيام الأحد والعطل الرسمية.
- الفترة المسائية من الاثنين إلى السبت من الساعة 5 مساءً إلى الساعة 7 مساءً باستثناء أيام الأحد والعطل الرسمية.
المادة (2)
يُضاف بند جديد رقم (14) في الجدول رقم (4) المركبات المستثناة من تطبيق التعرفة المرورية من القرار رقم (45) لسنة 2019 المشار إليه، على النحو الآتي:
- المركبات العسكرية والمدنية لكل من وزارة الداخلية، وزارة الدفاع/ القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة، جهاز أمن الدولة، جهاز الاستخبارات الوطني، القيادة العامة لشرطة أبو ظبي.
- يجب أن تكون المركبات المشار إليها أعلاه مميزة بعلامة واضحة تدل على تبعيتها لهذه الجهات، أو إبراز ما يثبت ذلك.
المادة (3)
يُلغى كل نص أو حكم يخالف أو يتعارض مع أحكام هذا القرار.
المادة (4)
يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية، ويُعمل به من تاريخ 15 يوليو 2022.

Regarding the Amendment of Some Provisions of Decision No. (45) of 2019
Regarding the Traffic Tariff in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
The Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport:
- Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the reorganization of the government apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
- And Law No. (19) of 2006 concerning the regulation of taxi transport in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
- And Law No. (17) of 2017 regarding the Traffic Tariff in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its executive regulations,
- And Law No. (30) of 2019 regarding the establishment of the Department of Municipalities and Transport,
- And Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2019 concerning the reconstitution of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
- And Executive Council Decision No. (72) of 2022 regarding the change of application days for the Darb and Mawaqif tariff systems,
- And Executive Council Decision No. (75) of 2022 regarding the exemption from parking fees and traffic tariff gates,
- And Administrative Decision No. (45) of 2019 amending some provisions of the Executive Regulation No. (22) of 2019 regarding the Traffic Tariff in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
- And based on what was presented to the Executive Council, and the Council's approval thereof,
It is decided as follows:
Article (1)
The text of item No. (1) in Schedule No. (2) 'Traffic Tariff Application Times' of the aforementioned Decision No. (22) of 2019 shall be replaced with the following:
- Morning period from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Evening period from Monday to Saturday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Article (2)
A new item No. (14) shall be added to Schedule No. (4) 'Vehicles Exempted from the Application of the Traffic Tariff' of the aforementioned Decision No. (45) of 2019, as follows:
- Military and civilian vehicles belonging to the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Defense/ General Command of the Armed Forces, State Security Department, National Intelligence Agency, and Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
- The aforementioned vehicles must be distinguished by a clear mark indicating their affiliation with these entities, or by presenting proof thereof.
Article (3)
Any text or provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this decision is hereby repealed.
Article (4)
This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect from July 15, 2022.
