بشأن نشاط نقش الوشم (مايكروبليدينق) في مراكز التجميل وصالونات الحلاقة

إلى كافة المعنيين:

- استناداً لأحكام قانون رقم (2) لسنة 2012 بشأن المظهر العام والصحة والسكينة العامة في إمارة أبوظبي والمعدل بالقانون رقم (10) لسنة 2020.

- والقرار الإداري رقم (107) لسنة 2020 بشأن تعديل بعض أحكام القرار رقم (49) لسنة 2017 بإصدار اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون رقم (2) لسنة 2012 (الرقابة الصحية على المنشآت غير الغذائية).

- والقرار الإداري رقم (108) لسنة 2020 بشأن اعتماد الدليل الإرشادي للائحة التنفيذية للقانون رقم (2) لسنة 2012 (الرقابة الصحية على المنشآت غير الغذائية).

- وبناءً على ما تقتضيه مصلحة العمل،

أصدرنا التعميم الآتي:

المادة (1)

على جميع مراكز التجميل وصالونات الحلاقة الحاصلة على ترخيص نشاط (نقش الوشم) من السادة/ دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية، ضرورة استخراج شهادة المطابقة للفنيين العاملين بنشاط فني مكياج مؤقت/ نقش الوشم (مايكروبليدينق) من السادة/ مجلس أبوظبي للجودة والمطابقة.

المادة (2)

ينفذ هذا التعميم اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره، ويعمم على كافة الجهات المعنية وذلك للعمل بموجبه كل فيما يخصه، وسيتم تطبيق الإجراءات القانونية على جميع المخالفين بعد (6) أشهر من تاريخ إصدار التعميم.

Regarding Tattooing (Microblading) Activity in Beauty Centers and Barber Shops

To all concerned parties:

- Based on the provisions of Law No. (2) of 2012 concerning Public Appearance, Health, and Public Tranquility in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as amended by Law No. (10) of 2020.

- And Administrative Decision No. (107) of 2020 concerning the amendment of some provisions of Decision No. (49) of 2017 issuing the Executive Regulations of Law No. (2) of 2012 (Health Control on Non-Food Establishments).

- And Administrative Decision No. (108) of 2020 concerning the approval of the Guideline for the Executive Regulations of Law No. (2) of 2012 (Health Control on Non-Food Establishments).

- And based on the interest of the work,

We have issued the following circular:

Article (1)

All beauty centers and barber shops licensed for (Tattooing) activity by the Department of Economic Development must obtain a certificate of conformity for technicians working in the temporary makeup artist/tattooing (microblading) activity from the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council.

Article (2)

This circular shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be circulated to all concerned authorities to act upon it, each within its jurisdiction. Legal procedures will be applied to all violators after (6) months from the date of issuance of this circular.
