في شأن رسوم تراخيص البناء في إمارة أبو ظبي

رئيس دائرة الشؤون البلدية:

• - بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبو ظبي والقوانين المعدلة له.
• - وعلى القانون رقم (4) لسنة 1983 بشأن تنظيم أعمال البناء والقوانين المعدلة له.
• - وعلى القانون رقم (5) لسنة 1994 في شأن رسوم تراخيص البناء في إمارة أبو ظبي.
• - وعلى القانون رقم (9) لسنة 2007 م في شأن إنشاء دائرة الشؤون البلدية.
• - وعلى القرار الإداري رقم (3) لسنة 1995 لتعديل القرار الإداري رقم (94/20) بشأن اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون رقم (4) لسنة 1983 بشأن تنظيم أعمال البناء والقوانين المعدلة له.
• - وبناءً على ما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة من توحيد للإجراءات والرسوم على مستوى جميع بلديات الإمارة.

قرر ما يلي:

المادة (1)

تطبق رسوم تراخيص البناء المعمول بها في بلدية مدينة أبو ظبي والصادرة بموجب القرار الإداري رقم (3) لسنة 1995 ، والموضحة بالكشف الملحق بهذا القرار وذلك على كافة بلديات الإمارة.

المادة (2)

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره.

كشف بالرسوم المطبقة على تراخيص البناء ببلدية مدينة أبوظبي بموجب القرار الإداري رقم (3) لسنة 1995.

أولاً : رسوم رخص المباني وتوابعها:

تجديد رخص البناء:

ثانيًا: رخصة هدم بناء:-

ثالثاً: رخصة صيانة أو ترميم:

رابعًا: رخصة إضافة للبناء:

خامسا: شهادة إتمام البناء:

سادسا: رخصة تحسينات وديكور:

سابعًا: رخص أعمال مؤقتة:

Administrative Decision No. (142) of 2011

Regarding Building Permit Fees in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

The Chairman of the Department of Municipal Affairs:

• - Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 on the Reorganization of the Governmental Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws.
• - And Law No. (4) of 1983 regarding the Regulation of Construction Works and its amending laws.
• - And Law No. (5) of 1994 regarding Building Permit Fees in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
• - And Law No. (9) of 2007 concerning the Establishment of the Department of Municipal Affairs.
• - And Administrative Decision No. (3) of 1995 amending Administrative Decision No. (94/20) concerning the Executive Regulations of Law No. (4) of 1983 regarding the Regulation of Construction Works and its amending laws.
• - And based on the public interest requirement to unify procedures and fees across all municipalities of the Emirate.

Has decided the following:

Article (1)

The building permit fees applicable in the Abu Dhabi City Municipality, issued under Administrative Decision No. (3) of 1995, and detailed in the statement attached to this decision, shall be applied to all municipalities of the Emirate.

Article (2)

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect from the date of its publication.
