قرار إداري رقم (142) لسنة 2020
بشأن تنظيم الأعمال خارج حدود القسائم السكنية في إمارة أبوظبي

بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (1) لسنة 1974 بإعادة تنظيم الجهاز الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له،
- - وعلى القانون رقم (4) لسنة 1983 في شأن تنظيم أعمال البناء في إمارة أبوظبي ولائحته التنفيذية،
- - وعلى القانون رقم (10) لسنة 2006 في شأن إنشاء بلدية ومجلس بلدي المنطقة الغربية والقوانين المعدلة له،
- - وعلى القانون رقم (10) لسنة 2007 في شأن إنشاء بلدية ومجلس بلدي مدينة أبوظبي بإمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له،
- - وعلى القانون رقم (11) لسنة 2007 في شأن إنشاء بلدية ومجلس بلدي مدينة العين بإمارة أبوظبي والقوانين المعدلة له،
- - وعلى القانون رقم (2) لسنة 2012 بشأن الحفاظ على المظهر العام والصحة والسكينة العامة ولوائحه التنفيذية،
- - وعلى القانون رقم (30) لسنة 2019 بشأن إنشاء البلديات والنقل،
- - وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (1) لسنة 2019 في شأن إعادة تشكيل المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة أبوظبي وتعديلاته،
- - وعلى قرار رئيس الدائرة رقم (138) لسنة 2018 بشأن تنظيم الأعمال خارج حدود القسائم السكنية في إمارة أبوظبي،
- - وعلى القرار الإداري رقم (152) لسنة 2018 بشأن الأعمال الزراعية والتجميلية خارج حدود القسائم السكنية في إمارة أبوظبي،
وبناءً على ما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة،
تقرر ما يلي:
المادة (1)
يعتمد الدليل الإرشادي لتنظيم الأعمال خارج حدود القسائم السكنية (الإصدار الثاني) المرفق بهذا القرار.
المادة (2)
يُنفذ هذا القرار ويعمل به اعتبارًا من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

Regarding the Regulation of Works Outside the Boundaries of Residential Plots in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport
Having reviewed Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the Reorganization of the Governmental Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws,
- - And Law No. (4) of 1983 concerning the Regulation of Construction Works in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its Executive Regulations,
- - And Law No. (10) of 2006 concerning the Establishment of the Western Region Municipality and Municipal Council and its amending laws,
- - And Law No. (10) of 2007 concerning the Establishment of the Abu Dhabi City Municipality and Municipal Council in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws,
- - And Law No. (11) of 2007 concerning the Establishment of Al Ain City Municipality and Municipal Council in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amending laws,
- - And Law No. (2) of 2012 concerning the Preservation of Public Appearance, Health, and Public Tranquility and its executive regulations,
- - And Law No. (30) of 2019 concerning the Establishment of Municipalities and Transport,
- - And Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2019 regarding the Restructuring of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
- - And the Chairman's Decision No. (138) of 2018 regarding the Regulation of Works Outside the Boundaries of Residential Plots in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
- - And Administrative Decision No. (152) of 2018 regarding Agricultural and Landscaping Works Outside the Boundaries of Residential Plots in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
And based on the public interest,
It has been decided as follows:
Article (1)
The Guideline for Regulating Works Outside the Boundaries of Residential Plots (Second Edition) attached to this decision is hereby adopted.
Article (2)
This decision shall be implemented and effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
