Administrative Decision No. (58) of 2018
Regarding the Adoption of the Guideline for Organizing Marine and Land Parks
The Chairman of the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities,
- After reviewing Law No. (1) of 1974 regarding the reorganization of the government apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
- And Law No. (4) of 1983 concerning the regulation of construction works, its amendments, and its executive regulations,
- And Law No. (3) of 2005 regarding the regulation of real estate registration in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
- And Law No. (2) of 2012 concerning the preservation of public appearance, health, and public tranquility in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its executive regulations,
- And Law No. (5) of 2018 regarding the establishment of the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities,
- And Emiri Decree No. (13) of 2017 regarding the restructuring of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
- And based on the requirements of the public interest,
It is decided as follows:
Article (1)
The guideline attached to this decision shall be applied and enforced for the organization of marine and land parks and their associated activities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Article (2)
The Department shall approve the locations of the parks in coordination with the municipalities.
Article (3)
This decision shall be effective from 1/5/2018 and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
