تعميم رقم (1) لسنة 2023
بشأن المواصفات الجديدة الخاصة بالعنونة الفرعية في إمارة أبوظبي وتطبيقها على المجمعات السكنية
القائمة وقيد الإنجاز
إلى كافة ملاك المجمعات السكنية في إمارة أبوظبي:
- بناء على قرار رئيس المجلس التنفيذي رقم (14) لسنة 2011 بشأن نظام العنونة في إمارة أبوظبي،
- وبناء على كتاب المجلس التنفيذي بشأن تطبيق نظام العنونة الموحد الصادر بتاريخ 19 أغسطس 2021،
- وبناء على ما تقتضيه مصلحة العمل.
أصدرنا التعميم الآتي:
على كافة ملاك المجمعات السكنية القائمة وقيد الإنجاز الالتزام بالمعايير الخاصة بالعنونة الفرعية وذلك على النحو الآتي:
- يتم تنفيذ ترقيم الشوارع الداخلية في المجمعات القائمة بحسب معايير اللافتات الإرشادية الواردة في دليل العنونة الفرعية المرفق بهذا التعميم.
- يجب تسليم جميع البيانات الخاصة بالعنونة الفرعية للمجمعات القائمة والمجمعات قيد الإنجاز خلال 6 أشهر من تاريخ صدور هذا التعميم.
- يتم تسليم البيانات حسب النماذج المعدة بهذا الخصوص بالإضافة إلى المعايير الجديدة للعنونة الفرعية والمواصفات الخاصة بتسليم البيانات المكانية للمشاريع التطويرية المحدثة.
- يجب ترقيم وترميز الوحدات في المجمعات المسورة أو غير المسورة بالإضافة إلى تلك الوحدات إن كانت فلل منفصلة أو متصلة أو بنايات متعددة الطوابق.
- يتم تسليم بيانات العنونة الفرعية إلى قطاع العقارات في دائرة البلديات والنقل.
يُنفذ هذا التعميم اعتبارًا من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

Circular No. (1) of 2023
Regarding the new specifications for sub-addressing in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its application to residential communities
existing and under construction
To all owners of residential communities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi:
- Based on the decision of the Chairman of the Executive Council No. (14) of 2011 regarding the addressing system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
- And based on the letter from the Executive Council regarding the implementation of the unified addressing system issued on August 19, 2021,
- And based on the requirements of the public interest.
We have issued the following circular:
All owners of existing and under-construction residential communities must adhere to the sub-addressing standards as follows:
- The numbering of internal streets in existing communities shall be implemented according to the standards of directional signs mentioned in the sub-addressing guide attached to this circular.
- All sub-addressing data for existing and under-construction communities must be submitted within 6 months from the date of issuance of this circular.
- The data shall be submitted according to the forms prepared for this purpose, in addition to the new sub-addressing standards and the specifications for submitting spatial data for updated development projects.
- Units in gated or non-gated communities must be numbered and coded, whether they are detached or semi-detached villas or multi-story buildings.
- Sub-addressing data shall be submitted to the Real Estate Sector at the Department of Municipalities and Transport.
This circular shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
