اختيار الخدمة المراد ترخيصها

1. اختيار البلدية حسب العنوان المسجل في الرخصة التجارية.
2. الموافقة على الشروط والأحكام.
3. إنشاء طلب جديد.

-متطلبات ترخيص المطور الرئيسي والفرعي-

1. شهادة عدم إفلاس صادرة من دائرة القضاء.
2. شهادة بحث جنائي صادرة من القيادة العامة لشرطة أبوظبي للمدير العام أو مجلس المديرين.
3. عقد تأسيس الشركة.
4. عقد إيجار موثق أو سند ملكية المبنى لمقر الشركة.
5. تقرير مالي مصدق من مدقق حسابات معتمد لآخر سنة مالية (باللغة العربية) عند التجديد.

-:متطلبات ترخيص الوسيط (شركات، الأفراد، موظف)

*ملاحظة:- نظراً للظروف الراهنة المتعلقة بكوفيد - 19 وبناء على التوجيهات العليا يتم الاستعاضة بالتوقيع على نموذج التعهد عوضاً عن الدورة التدريبية حتى إشعار آخر وإرفاقه في طلب الخدمة (https://bit.ly/2CnTTT4)

-:الوسيط الاعتباري (شركات)

1. شهادة عدم إفلاس صادرة من دائرة القضاء.
2. شهادة بحث جنائي صادرة من القيادة العامة لشرطة أبوظبي للمدير العام أو مجلس المديرين.
3. عقد تأسيس الشركة.
4. عقد إيجار موثق أو سند ملكية المبنى لمقر الشركة.
5. تقرير مالي مصدق من مدقق حسابات معتمد لآخر سنة مالية (باللغة العربية).
6. *شهادة اجتياز دورة الوساطة من معهد أبوظبي للتعليم والتدريب المهني.

-:الوسيط الطبيعي (الأفراد)

1. أن يكون مواطناً.
2. شهادة خبرة في أعمال الوساطة لا تقل عن السنتين.
3. المؤهل العلمي.
4. الإفصاح عن مقر الإقامة.
5. شهادة البحث الجنائي من القيادة العامة لشرطة أبوظبي.
6. *شهادة اجتياز دورة الوسيط من معهد أبوظبي للتعليم والتدريب المهني.

-:موظف الوسيط

1. شهادة بحث جنائي صادرة من القيادة العامة لشرطة أبوظبي.
2. صورة عن شهادة تسجيل الشركة.
3. *شهادة اجتياز دورة الوسيط من معهد أبوظبي للتعليم والتدريب المهني.

-:متطلبات ترخيص المساح (شركات، الأفراد)

*ملاحظة:- نظراً للظروف الراهنة المتعلقة بكوفيد – 19 وبناء على التوجيهات العليا يتم الاستعاضة بالتوقيع على نموذج التعهد عوضاً عن الدورة التدريبية حتى إشعار آخر وإرفاقه في طلب الخدمة (https://bit.ly/2CnTTT4)

-:المساح الاعتباري

1. شهادة عدم إفلاس صادرة من دائرة القضاء.
2. شهادة بحث جنائي صادرة من القيادة العامة لشرطة أبو ظبي للمدير العام أو مجلس المديرين.
3. خبرة الشركة في مجال المساحة.
4. بيانات الاتصال المحدثة مع الشركة (العنوان، رقم الهاتف والفاكس، البريد الالكتروني).
5. الإجراءات المتبعة لإدارة الجودة وضمان مراقبتها التي تطبق على حسن أداء الخدمات.
6. معلومات المفوض بالتوقيع نيابة عن الشركة.
7. التأمين على أخطار المهنة (بحد أدنى 1,000,000 درهم).
8. منهجية تنفيذ الأعمال.
9. هيكل الشركة.
10. تقديم التقارير الفنية لتفاصيل الأعمال المساحية المنفذة من قبل الشركة.
11. عقد إيجار موثق أو سند ملكية لمبنى مقر الشركة.
12. السيرة الذاتية (مدققي البيانات مساحية ورسامي الخرائط).
13. *شهادة اجتياز دورة المساح من معهد أبو ظبي للتعليم والتدريب المهني.
14. أن تكون للشركة فرع في إمارة أبو ظبي.

-:المساح الأفراد

1. شهادة بحث جنائي صادرة من القيادة العامة لشرطة أبوظبي.
2. صورة من جواز السفر، الهوية، الإقامة سارية المفعول.
3. المؤهلات العلمية مصدقة حسب الأصول ومعادلة من وزارة التربية والتعليم بالإمارات العربية المتحدة.
4. الخبرات المساحية.
5. الدورات التدريبية.
6. *شهادة اجتياز دورة المساحة من معهد أبوظبي للتعليم والتدريب المهني.
7. وثيقة التعهد المساحي.

-:متطلبات ترخيص بائع العقارات بالمزاد العلني (شركات، الأفراد)

1. أن تكون لديه رخصة وسيط (تطبق عليه متطلبات الوسيط).
2. أن يكون أحد الشركاء فيها على الأقل يحمل رخصة بائع العقارات بالمزاد العلني.

-:بائع العقارات بالمزاد العلني الأفراد

1. أن تكون لديه رخصة وسيط (تطبق عليه متطلبات الوسيط).
2. تقديم صورة من الرخصة التجارية للمنشأة التي يزاول من خلالها مهنة الوسيط أو بيع العقارات بالمزاد العلني.
3. *شهادة اجتياز دورة بائع عقارات بالمزاد العلني من معهد أبوظبي للتعليم والتدريب المهني.

Guide to Applying for Real Estate Profession Services

-Real Estate Profession Services-

1. License / Renew License for a Master Developer.
2. License / Renew License for a Sub-Developer.
3. License / Renew License for a Corporate Broker (Companies).
4. License / Renew License for a Natural Broker (Individuals).
5. License / Renew License for an Employee Broker.
6. License / Renew License for a Corporate Surveyor (Companies).
7. License / Renew License for a Natural Surveyor (Individuals).
8. License / Renew License for a Corporate Real Estate Auctioneer (Companies).
9. License / Renew License for a Natural Real Estate Auctioneer (Individuals).

To apply for real estate profession licensing services, you must register on the smart platform (SMART HUB) through the digital identity portal (UAE PASS).

You can also apply for the services wherever you are and at any time via smart devices.

Note: - When applying for individual services, you must log in through your personal account.

Click on the Services Menu

Select the Service to be Licensed

1. Select the municipality according to the address registered in the commercial license.
2. Agree to the terms and conditions.
3. Create a new request.

Upload Attachments and Review the Entered Data

-Licensing Requirements for Master and Sub-Developers-

1. A certificate of non-bankruptcy issued by the Judicial Department.
2. A criminal status certificate issued by the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters for the General Manager or the Board of Directors.
3. The company's memorandum of association.
4. A documented lease contract or title deed for the company's premises.
5. A financial report certified by an accredited auditor for the last fiscal year (in Arabic) upon renewal.

-Broker Licensing Requirements (Companies, Individuals, Employee):-

*Note:- Due to the current circumstances related to COVID-19 and based on higher directives, signing the pledge form will replace the training course until further notice. Please attach it to the service request (https://bit.ly/2CnTTT4)

-Corporate Broker (Companies):-

1. A certificate of non-bankruptcy issued by the Judicial Department.
2. A criminal status certificate issued by the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters for the General Manager or the Board of Directors.
3. The company's memorandum of association.
4. A documented lease contract or title deed for the company's premises.
5. A financial report certified by an accredited auditor for the last fiscal year (in Arabic).
6. *Certificate of completion for the brokerage course from the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute.

-Natural Broker (Individuals):-

1. Must be a citizen.
2. A certificate of experience in brokerage work for no less than two years.
3. Academic qualification.
4. Disclosure of place of residence.
5. Criminal status certificate from the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
6. *Certificate of completion for the broker course from the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute.

-Broker Employee:-

1. A criminal status certificate issued by the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
2. A copy of the company's registration certificate.
3. *Certificate of completion for the broker course from the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute.

-Surveyor Licensing Requirements (Companies, Individuals):-

*Note:- Due to the current circumstances related to COVID-19 and based on higher directives, signing the pledge form will replace the training course until further notice. Please attach it to the service request (https://bit.ly/2CnTTT4)

-Corporate Surveyor:-

1. A certificate of non-bankruptcy issued by the Judicial Department.
2. A criminal status certificate issued by the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters for the General Manager or the Board of Directors.
3. Company experience in the field of surveying.
4. Updated contact information for the company (address, phone and fax number, email).
5. Procedures followed for quality management and assurance to ensure good service performance.
6. Information of the authorized signatory on behalf of the company.
7. Professional indemnity insurance (minimum of AED 1,000,000).
8. Work implementation methodology.
9. Company structure.
10. Submission of technical reports detailing the surveying works carried out by the company.
11. A documented lease contract or title deed for the company's premises.
12. Curriculum Vitae (CV) for survey data auditors and cartographers.
13. *Certificate of completion for the surveyor course from the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute.
14. The company must have a branch in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

-Individual Surveyor:-

1. A criminal status certificate issued by the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
2. A copy of a valid passport, ID, and residence visa.
3. Academic qualifications duly attested and equated by the Ministry of Education in the United Arab Emirates.
4. Surveying experience.
5. Training courses.
6. *Certificate of completion for the surveyor course from the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute.
7. Surveyor's pledge document.

-Real Estate Auctioneer Licensing Requirements (Companies, Individuals):-

-Corporate Real Estate Auctioneer:-

1. Must have a broker license (broker requirements apply).
2. At least one of the partners must hold a real estate auctioneer license.

-Individual Real Estate Auctioneer:-

1. Must have a broker license (broker requirements apply).
2. Provide a copy of the commercial license for the establishment through which they practice brokerage or real estate auctioning.
3. *Certificate of completion for the real estate auctioneer course from the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute.
