Regarding the amendment of Appendix No. (1) attached to Federal Law No. (22) of 2016

Concerning the Regulation of Possession of Dangerous Animals

The Minister of Climate Change and Environment,

Having reviewed Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the competencies of ministries and the powers of ministers, and its amendments,

And Federal Law No. (22) of 2016 concerning the regulation of possession of dangerous animals,

And Ministerial Decision No. (721) of 2017 regarding the amendment of Appendix No. (1) attached to Federal Law No. (22) of 2016 concerning the regulation of possession of dangerous animals,

And based on the requirements of the public interest,

Has decided:

Article (1)

Appendix No. (1) attached to Federal Law No. (22) of 2016 concerning the regulation of possession of dangerous animals shall be amended in accordance with the amended appendix attached to this decision.

Article (2)

Ministerial Decision No. (721) of 2017 regarding the amendment of Appendix No. (1) attached to Federal Law No. (22) of 2016 concerning the regulation of possession of dangerous animals is hereby repealed.

Any decision that contravenes or conflicts with the provisions of this decision is hereby repealed.

Article (3)

All concerned authorities in the state shall implement the provisions of this decision, each within its jurisdiction.

Article (4)

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date of its publication.
