بالتصديق على بروتوكول لتعديل الاتفاقية بين حكومة الدولة وحكومة جمهورية بيلاروسيا
لتجنب الازدواج الضريبي ومنع التهرب المالي فيما يتعلق بالضرائب على الدخل والعقارات

رئيس دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة،
بعد الاطلاع على الدستور،
وعلى القانون الاتحادي رقم (1) لسنة 1972 بشأن اختصاصات الوزارات وصلاحيات الوزراء، وتعديلاته،
وبناءً على ما عرضه وزير المالية، وموافقة مجلس الوزراء، وتصديق المجلس الأعلى للاتحاد،
رسمنا بما هو آت:
المادة الأولى
صودق على بروتوكول لتعديل الاتفاقية بين حكومة الدولة وحكومة جمهورية بيلاروسيا لتجنب الازدواج الضريبي ومنع التهرب المالي فيما يتعلق بالضرائب على الدخل والعقارات، والذي تم التوقيع عليه في مينسك بتاريخ 29 مارس 2019، والمرفق نصوصها.
المادة الثانية
على وزير المالية تنفيذ هذا المرسوم، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

Ratifying the Protocol to Amend the Agreement between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of Belarus
for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and Property
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan
President of the United Arab Emirates,
Having reviewed the Constitution,
And Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments,
And based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, the approval of the Council of Ministers, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
We have decreed the following:
Article One
The Protocol to Amend the Agreement between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of Belarus for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and Property, signed in Minsk on March 29, 2019, is hereby ratified, with its text attached.
Article Two
The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
